In the first team challenge,

Savage Crew built their track and pulled their train

for a come-from-behind win

over Dirty Hands.

$12,000...

- $2,000 for each team member. - Yeah!

That shot a hole in my spirit.

I'm not losing two in a row.

Then, in the first individual challenge,

- everyone dug deep... - Watch where you're throwing it, Young!

...but Young and Linnett came up empty

- and headed to overtime.

There, Linnett derailed...

...and punched out of the individual competition.

You got $2,000 in your pocket. Lots of money still to be won

in the team competition.

Tonight, sparks fly.

Will Dirty Hands be able to level the score

in the team competition?

A junkyard hunt will cause some to crash and burn.

I can't get these suckers to move.

Who will stay alive

in the individual competition?

Team challenge... Phil said,

"Heavy metal." What are you guys thinking?

Construction, the "heavy metal" profession.-MELISSA: No matter what it is,

just do the best we can, and...

That's all we can do, is just do the best we can, yeah.

Losing the first job

humbled us and beat our egos down

a little bit, so I think it's really important

for us to come away with a win today just for team morale.

But we have to communicate, we have

to make a plan, stick to it,

and assist each other however ways we can.

- Hopefully, our best is better than their best. - Yep.

And we got our two welders in here,

so I think we got the advantage.

I want to win for the lady in the middle seats.

Overtime sucked,

because I had to go against my own teammate.

But even though Linnett's out of the individual competition,

we're focused again, and it's all about the team today.

We're all pushing for that.

I lost out on the individual.

I gave it all that I had...

and Young won.

It was disappointing, but if I'm tough as nails,

the goal is to finish strong as a team,

and to continue to do my best to win money for my children.

Life goes on, and this isn't the end of my story.

This is my territory. They used to call me

Junkyard Dog? - Yeah.

Me and my brother.

I'm good at cars. - Okay.

I graduated from automotive school,

I'm good at dismantling car engine,

transmission, all that stuff, so...

This is one of my specialties. I do this every day.

Okay, everybody, come on over to the job site.

- Anybody know where they are? - Junkyard!

Yeah, you're at a Pick-A-Part.

- You know what a Pick-A-Part is?-LEE: Definitely.

- That's my second home. - You need a part for a car, this is where you come.

This is North America's largest auto recycler.

I said today it was all about heavy metal.

Got a lot of heavy metal around here.

There's a hundred thousand Americans

working at recycling auto parts.

$25 billion industry. So we figured maybe you

could lend your hand at doing that today.

- All right. -All right! - Absolutely.

So let me tell you a little bit

about today's challenge.

All you have to do... Sounds simple enough...

Put one of these cars in a box.

That simple.

The first team who can use the tools laid out before you

to cut up a car, move it into a box,

will win... quite a bit of money.

Oh, yeah.

I got $12,000 to give away.

That's $2,000 each.

Dirty Hands, you're looking forredemption here today, right?

Who's gonna take the lead, do you think, over in your team?

- with Savage Crew? - I'm gonna be the leader.

I work at a metal recycling company every day,

- with these tools. - This is great.

And remember, to be effective as a team,

it's all about planning and working together,

rather than just relying on pure strength.

We shouldn't worry so much about the bolts.

They cut off, we'll either cut straight through.

I want to win for Linnett today really bad,

especially after she was eliminated

from the individual challenge.

Now the only source

of income for her

is from the team challenges, so we want

to keep her spirit high.

"Savage" on three! One, two, three.

- Savage! - Danny's gonna start

putting these tools together.

Myles, his first job is to

bust that window out that side.

That's so the reciprocating sawcan go through that.

You and her start the hood.

My preferred mode of transportation

is a... tractor.

I have not a lick of experience working with any sort of cars.

I am extremely nervous right now.

- Looking at a win? - Looking at a win.

Time to go to work! - Whoo!

Lee delegates who does what.

Right away he gives me the job of the tool man,

because I'm familiar with these tools.

After I get the tools put together,

we have people starting on the hood.

I go into the doors. Callie's working on the doors.

- Lee's starting on the top of the cab. - Let's go.

I have never taken a car apart, but in my trade,

which is scaffolding,

I use a lot of those tools.

You know, I'm good with my hands.

You good? - Yeah.

We know that Lee has dismantled cars.

He knows how to do this; he's got a strategy.

- Okay, Myles, get the windows. - You got it.

They've divided up the work.

My role in today's job is...

finally being able to break something.

In the fire department,

you hit the corner of the windows,

'cause the whole glass will shatter.

Once the windows are out,

we can start cutting.

Notice Young's technique.

Figure that Young knows all about this as a fireman.

Look how cleanly Young has got the glass out of his car.

- He's ahead right now. - Young, and you better

use that grinder while I put another one on.

And it's just the windshield left for Young.

Come on, baby.

As a welder, I have used a grinder,

so I am choosing the grinder

instead of the saw,

'cause I am comfortable with it,

but I need to put cutting wheels on all of them,

because we're trying to cut through the metal,

not trying to shine it up.

Whoa, whoa, watch yourself.

- Where's the power? - Where's the other cord? -LEE: On the table.

Time to start cutting the cars.

Those grinders, they take too much time.

Sawzall... That's what I definitely need.

Myles, I need the grinder.

Savage Crew strugglinga wee bit with the power cords,

- trying to get them untangled. - No, there's no power.

But Lee is taking control,

cutting through that car like a hot knife through butter,

so Dirty Hands can remove the roof.

Oh, you can tell this man knowshow to use a Sawzall.

Give me power, give me power, give me power.

- It should be on. - The cables are becoming a problem.

My job was to get those laid out.

I'm a little frustrated.

I might be costing my team time.

Plug it. - It's so tangled.

- Where's that power? - It can't go far.

It doesn't fit. It doesn't fit.

- Use a wrench, then. - It won't work.

My team has a lot of type A's,

which can be a good thing, and also a really bad thing.

And I think for the railroad challenge,

it hindered us.
