Edo Girl Detective (ひばり捕物帖　かんざし小判)

Took the vobsub from the dvd (im not sure if this counts as transcript or retail?), edited it to srt with SubtitleEdit with Tesseract v.5.5.3. The timing had to be adjusted to account for the commercials at the beginning and end of the file.
