He lives above the garage, but obviously wasn't home at the time.

And because the guard was killed in the commission of an alleged burglary,

It's felony murder.

Yep. The police theorize that the boys encountered a security guard

as they were leaving, struggled with him,

then shoved him down the stairs, where he hit his head on concrete.

He died at approximately 11:20 p.m.

According to the medical examiner.

Kenny isn't capable of doing this.
