The dead want a voice.

Have you always been here?

He was watching already.

It's quite the quaint little street here he lives on...

I mean, this place is, you know, seemingly unassuming, obviously.

But those are the ones we worry about most.

Yeah, it's always the unassuming ones you can't predict.

You know, you can't judge a book by its cover.

I know SaraLee has had some crazy experiences with her family.

Yeah, so she has three kids.

And they're all having experiences.

I think Collin says that he sees apparitions.

And they moved here sight unseen

and ever since then,

they've been having paranormal activity.

She does know of at least one death in the home.

Um, it was an elderly woman

who was actually, previously a psychologist.

I think she worked in like a local asylum.

Maybe this woman brought home some energy.

Wait! Wait a second.

We've had things follow us home

when we are actively reaching out and talking to them.

And then also we've had spirits get more aggressive

'cause you're not paying attention to them.

What if she did bring something home from there

that... you know? Who knows?

You never know. I mean, we'll never know

until we talk to SaraLee and dig in here.

So, SaraLee, um, you called us in here

because it sounds like things are getting pretty desperate,

especially with regard to your children.

What is happening exactly? Why did you call us?

I have experienced things for a couple of years now.

Um, but it seems to be that my littles that I care about a lot

have just experienced some of the same things

that I've experienced.

And we'd like to know what's going on.

So it's really a desperate callout,

because now, something just like darker

has taken up my kids' time.

How old is your oldest son?

He will be 15... next month. OK, so...

I've kind of noticed that he's shut down a little bit recently

with talking of this entity or energy.

Now, my littles have explained

exactly what my son had drawn

and was talking of,

and they've not been influenced by one another.

OK, so he never once mentioned this in front of the other children.

No. No. Not once.

Well, why don't you kind of take us around

and just show us like what kind of experiences

people are having? OK.

What happens in here?

So this is where the shadow figure came across

into the dining area.

Um, myself as well as my daughter

have actually seen shadow figure

about my height just standing in this corner.

My neighbour had asked me if I knew

that the original owner had died in the house.

We were unaware of that. OK.

OK, who was the original owner?

It was Nancy. And we actually dug some information up

and it did show that she didn't have services

until like almost two weeks after she had passed.

So...

So she might have been dead here for a while?

For a while. OK.

And that they hadn't found that out for a couple of days.

So the neighbour doesn't know if she was in here for a while?

She does think that she was in here

and she feels horrible

because I guess she was like an avid bird-watcher

and that their lights were on constantly.

How does that make you feel when you find out...

You bought a house and then you find out

that somebody like died in the house?

A little uneasy,

especially when I came in and felt off

or the house was off right off the bat.

And do you know what kind of person the former owner was?

Or... From her obituary,

she was the main psychologist at the local penitentiary.

Um, this is pretty much the heart of what's happening.

This area is where my... Calvin, oldest, had drawn the figure

that he had seen

and started journaling about what he had seen.

The closet, he flat-out said that that is a portal.

He had a friend over, and they went home.

He seemed to kind of just be off.

I couldn't find him in the house.

And I found him sitting in...

On that side. OK.

OK. So...

Well, we'll probably have a conversation with him,

just to talk about his experiences, too.

Yeah. OK. Yeah. OK.

And so and how is... It's Collin, right?

Correct. How's Collin doing in here now?

He is starting to not sleep very well...

...in here.

Um, he just informed me that he went next door

in his sister's room and slept with her for the evening.

OK. Anything else in here?

I don't think so. OK.

So this, obviously, is your little girl's room, right?

Correct. OK.

This is the room she doesn't want to sleep in.

One of the nights, before I could leave the room,

I had experienced the closet...

...opened on its own.

This one did? Correct.

And so, it was closed all the way?

Correct. OK.

And did you hear the doorknob move...?

Yes. Yes. OK.

And where's your bedroom now?

We are downstairs. You're downstairs.

And, yeah, it was a totally unfinished basement.

So now we have a master

and there's another bedroom down there that Calvin is in now.

OK. I mean, that's a good addition.

So you bought this in, what, 2016? Correct.

And you did the addition when? In...

We did that at the end of 2017 into 2018.

And did the activity change at all? It did. It increased.

Where should we go next?

Alright, so this, obviously, was unfinished when you moved here.

Absolutely. Is there activity down here now?

I, on two occasions, have felt as though I was pushed

down the stairs.

OK. Also up the stairs.

Like, I'll be halfway and it's like pushing me up that way.

I have seen someone as though they're in mourning

at like a funeral,

almost like a dark veil overtop of them.

And that's the best that I can explain it.

And how many times have you seen that?

Two, three times. Three times. Three times.

In the past two years? Yeah.

So the woman who, who lived here originally,

was she here since it was built?

So they... We are the third owners.

The owner that bought from her passing

was not here much,

about a year, a little over a year.

And then we bought it in 2016.

SaraLee says that they have constant activity

in different ways.

They hear noises. They have seen shadow figures.

They have drawn pictures of them.

And at this point, SaraLee is very concerned.

You have to think about the kids.

I mean, the kids have experienced activity

and we wanna be able to explain what that is.

So before we do anything,

I'm gonna meet with Calvin, SaraLee's oldest son.
