displaying the same three times of day.

7.21am, 3.05pm, and 9.00pm on the dot.

Okay. So what's so special about those times of day?

There's no way that's a coincidence.

Maybe they're planning something bad

to go down at each time on the watches.

are the watches they give their members?

Like, each time is part of a code.

One of them is a time, 9.00pm on the dot

and the other two are 7.21 and two seconds

and 3.05 and 13 seconds.

Pretty random unless it's not a time

and it's actually latitude and longitude.

Latitude and longitude are expressed in degrees, minutes, and seconds

so I think the hour hand is probably degrees.

Minute hand is minutes, and the second hand is seconds.
