Fuku-chan of FukuFuku Flats (福福荘の福ちゃん)

Credit to bhoie_t for the original upload. I changed the frame rate from 25 fps to 23.976, changed the timing, and fixed most spelling errors. Now works perfectly with the BluRay release. (Should also work with the 720p version)
