Custom. Resynced all lines. Spellings UK->US. UK one also added. Split several hundreds lines with long pauses (using NOR subs). Fixed line breaks, grammar, formatting. Removed/replaced the Scandinavian line continuations. Longer timings for most lines. Unicode glyphs. Corrected SDH removal sync and italics. Translated the numerous missing lines and onscreen texts. Rewording to remove ambiguity (just because -> only because; never is -> is never; already then -> yet, etc)
