On Friday night,

while working late here in the building.

Henry Phillips

was found unresponsive by security,

he was rushed to the hospital,

where he later died.

I do not have any further details

at this time

however,

two detectives will arrive on site

shortly to question many of you.

Additionally, as your CEO

I've hired a team of grief counselors,

to assist those of you feel like you need someone to talk to,

regarding various ways to cope with handling the situation.

this is Detective Elaine Harrison.

As you might know, Friday evening, the President of Figitec,

Mr. Henry Phillips, was rushed to the hospital,

at 9:15, he was pronounced dead after our preliminary investigation.

We're ruling this as a homicide. At this time,

we're asking that you do not discuss this matter with any of your

fellow employees or the media.
