[Brooke Turner's "Life of the Party" playing]

All right, ladies, you're almost there!

You have worked so hard for the last six weeks,

for a lot of reasons!

Let's be honest, you want to look good in the dress,

am I right?

Yes!

Whoo! Yes! Hustle back, hustle back!

But, as I promised,

this class has been about so much more

than just the outside.

It has been about the inside as well.

Who's ready to get married?

Hi. I'm Daniel Counter.

I'm Claire.

Oh... "Counter Fit Gym."

That's really cute.

That's what we're going for!

So this is The Bridal Boot Camp class?

Sure is.

My fiancé signed me up as a surprise,

but he did not tell me what it was.

It's one of our most popular classes.

Six weeks, three times a week, led by Molly White,

who used to be a marriage counselor.

Really? She was?

Oh, yeah. She combines

exercise with yoga

and lessons about things like sharing and communication.

She even has the grooms attend several of the sessions

so they can work together as a couple.

But it's not scary-hard?

Ah, not scary...

Okay.

- Just hard. - Right.

I want you to look back and say,

"I was ready to trust!"

"I was able to share.

"I could be totally honest.

"I was able to embrace the things from my past

"that made me strong

and let go of the things that held me back!"

All right, ladies! Squat it out!

And most importantly,

"I was happy..."

Hold it down!

Bridal Boot Camp recruits,

you deserve it

in four more...

Down lower!

Three more...

Two more...

You look good!

Keep holding it! Feel the burn! Hold it!

Hold it! One more!

Keep holding, holding! Feel the burn!

I'm right here with you!

One more!

And you are done!

- - Great job, everyone.

Welcome to Counter Fit Gym.

- Hey, Molly! - Yeah?

I got a call from my sister.

She has a friend

that wants to enroll in your Bridal Boot Camp.

She just got engaged.

You know there's a three-month waiting list.

Add another class.

I can't add another class!

Sure you can. I own the gym. I make the schedules.

I have the highlighters.

Well, then you should know,

I am already teaching four boot camps,

two kickboxing classes,

and I am covering Nikki's spin class

while she's on maternity leave.

I still didn't hear a "no" in that sentence.

I'm gonna have to set up a cot

and just live here.

Still didn't hear a "no!"

All my plants are dying because I am never home.

Molly, everyone wants to take your boot camp.

It's innovative and fun,

and you're so talented and pretty!

Did you do something new with your hair?

You are incorrigible.

Is that a yes?

I will make you a deal.

I'm going to a former client's wedding tomorrow.

I was going to skip the reception

so that I could come back here and teach a spin class.

You cover that class,

and I will fit your sister's friend

into my next boot camp, which starts on Monday.

Where are you going?

To set up your cot in the back!

Hey. What do you think?

It's nice.

Lisa, you didn't even look.

I did! I said it's nice.

Well, okay. What about this one? Huh?

Mm-hmm.

Okay, very helpful, little sister.

Well, shouldn't you be helping me find a dress?

You're my maid of honor, my wedding is in six weeks.

Yes, but the one I am going to is tomorrow.

Okay, okay.

Relax.

You know... you could always postpone your wedding

if you think it's, uh, coming up too fast.

You're just saying that because you don't like Rennie.

I like Rennie!

I'm sorry.

I just want to make sure you know what you're doing.

I do.

Besides, that's why I agreed to take your boot camp.

It's supposed to turn me into Super-Bride, right?

Uh...

No, it is supposed

to get you ready to get married.

Well, then, by the end of it, I will know what I'm doing.

Molly.

I thought you were gonna get rid of this.

It's been almost two years.

Well, there's not a big resale market

on left-at-the-altar bridal gowns.

I swear to God, if I ever run into Steven...

It was not his fault.

Well, it wasn't your fault!

I was a marriage counselor,

and I didn't recognize that the guy I was gonna marry

didn't actually want to get married.

That's like "Relationship 101."

Okay. So what was the class

where they taught you about letting go of the past,

and forgiving yourself?

I did. I am.

I'm working on it.

You know, this is why I do what I do now.

Marriage counseling is about

solving problems after they start,

but the boot camp is about fixing problems

before they ever begin.

Helps me just as much as it helps my students,

so that, if I ever do find myself

walking down the aisle again,

there will be someone at the end of it.

Oh, yeah. Relationship goals.

You know, to get there,

you are actually going to have to go on a couple of dates

every once in a while.

I am too busy to date.

Well, you're going to a wedding tomorrow!

That's a great place to meet a guy.

Ooh!

And you'll meet lots of them, if you wear this.

Hey, guys. What's going on?

We're moving the wedding into the kitchen?

Interesting idea.

Not sure the band's gonna fit, but, uh...

Nick, tell her.

No, please tell him.

Tell her and him what?

Tell her

that it is bad luck for the bride and groom

to see each other before the wedding.

And tell him that is an archaic superstition

borne out of the days of arranged marriages.

Well... this wedding just got a lot more interesting.

- Nick. - I thought I was gonna be--

...taking photos the whole time.

This is way more fun.

Will you be serious, Nick?

Oh, guys, come on.

Brendan, I have known you since high school, man,

and, Elizabeth, I have known you since...

well, since you lost all common sense

and decided to start dating this bozo.

Not helping!

The point I'm making is that I know you guys.

Brendan, you always get stressed out

in high-pressure situations.

I do not!

Case in point. Elizabeth, when that happens,

you always calm him down.

Well, I've had enough practice.

Exactly! So, since this can't possibly be

about seeing each other before the wedding--

because that is ridiculous--

what are we talking about?

Brendan...

I want to share

that the reason I wanted to see you
