These subtitles were originally in ALL CAPS and in .ass format embedded within .mkv files. I stripped them out, converted them to UTF-8 SRTs, changed them to 'sentence case' and ran them through the 'fix common errors' function of Subtitle Edit. Sorry I don't know the source. I've had them for a few years.
