The 76 Bedouin families petitioning today

have lived in their village for more than seven decades.

All these years,

the residents have been considered squatters on State land,

but have never been offered an alternative residence

and the options they suggested have always been rejected.

I must add that as a justice

and an Israeli citizen living in the South,

I keep coming across these types of injustices

committed against the Bedouin residents in the South.

I therefore fully uphold the plea of the petitioners...

And hereby demand to immediately retract all 76 demolition orders

from being carried out against their homes.
