Instead, Mr. Garcia's covered in potassium perchlorate,

aluminium and dextrin.

Homemade explosives.

Which means whoever packed the grenade

and took it onto that beach,

they weren't there to train.

They were there to kill.

It's impossible.

There's no way I'd let a live grenade

onto a training course, ma'am.
