The Haunted Museum

My passion to understand the inexplicable

has pushed me to pursue some of the most haunted

and dangerous items on the planet.

But as I've learned the hard way,

when it comes to the paranormal,

some artifacts are in a league all their own.

According to the person I obtained

this mummified head from,

he stated it was from a Swiss man

who was executed some 300 years ago in Scotland.

His crime, practicing witchcraft.

Immediately after I brought it into my museum,

I begin to lose my balance

whenever I was in its presence.

But the real trouble began

when I dared to look at it in its eyes.

I started to suffer from the most vivid

and terrifying nightmares in my entire life.

And in these horrifying dreams,

I was constantly pursued

by a monstrous entity

whose face that I could never see,

but that clearly wanted to destroy me

and to protect myself and my guests,

I felt like I needed to put the head

in a specially designed witch's crypt,

hoping that it would contain some of its dark energy.

But it still continues to exert

a very powerful influence.

Now, many visitors have been profoundly affected by it.

And there was this one time

where one of my veteran tour guides

witnessed what I believe to be the same dark entity

from my nightmares come out of the witch's crypt room

and absolutely terrorize her

to the point of an emotional breakdown.

I saw a gray cloaked figure come around the corner

by witchcraft tube and it charged,

and then it did that.

And then I screamed and I looked back

and it was gone.

And I've often wondered what could account for this dark energy.

And if this head is home to an entity

that has some unfinished business in our world.

It was these questions that served as the inspiration
