Le prime 200 righe.
This is Ireland, my home.
I'm Vogue Williams and since I was a kid
I've been obsessed by the supernatural.
I have spent my childhood terrified of Banshees.
Now something incredible is happening here...
Look at that, something is sitting there.
Do you hear that? I heard that one.
...with incidents of paranormal activity
being reported across the country.
He's here. I'm scared!
So I've invited spiritual medium Chris Fleming to investigate.
Ah!
Back off, back off.
In a lifetime of investigating, I've never been to Ireland -
but, when I heard what's happening here,
I had to check it out.
Puca! Oh, my god!
We've discovered ordinary people who had extraordinary encounters.
It hit me so strong that I actually had tears
coming out of my eye.
Local investigators are overwhelmed.
I literally have a pain in my heart, I feel so scared...
So Vogue and I have assembled a world class team
of supernatural experts.
Tech guru Ryan O'Neil is in charge
of deploying cutting edge equipment,
that sheds new light on the spirit world.
And Consultant Parapsychologist Dr Evelyn Hollow...
How does that happen?
...will scrutinise all claims, with the most up-to-date science.
The shadow should cast on the outside of the stones
but it's only casting inside of the stones.
Led by the people of Ireland...
It went straight through me, I heard an exhale of breath...
We'll expose the unknown forces plaguing the country right now.
Get your hands off me. Don't touch me.
This is Spooked Ireland.
In County Offaly, central Ireland,
stands a place said to be the most haunted place in the country -
Leap Castle -
built in the 13th century under the brutal O'Carroll clan,
a family responsible for unrivalled bloodshed.
They took three horse cart loads of human bones out of it.
It's believed that one of the most feared spirits -
an elemental - is attached to the castle...
It is completely and utterly negative.
...and we're hoping to reveal its deepest secrets.
It's basically crawling with ghosts.
I've heard about this place from loads of people.
It's... it's somewhere a lot of people come
because they get lots of paranormal activity.
There's constantly stuff going
so I'm kind of excited for this one.
When you have a lot of activities somewhere
usually there's a rich history and, from what we're hearing,
this place has a horrific past.
Like, there's been a lot of violence happened
within these walls. OK.
Really violent stuff has happened in here.
I feel like there's a lot to figure out from this place.
When you've had a lot activity
that means a lot of stuff that's gone on in the past.
We know this place does have a horrific past.
This excites me.
There's so much paranormal activity coming from here.
I've heard of Leap Castle through friends,
I know somebody who came here before
and had some weird experiences.
And they said they had to leave early
because it just... it was just wild.
I'm gonna be scared soon as I walk in those doors
and I know how haunted it is.
So I've got that real nervous excitement
which will probably turn into absolute fear.
Now this is meant to be one of the most haunted places in Ireland.
It's full of paranormal activity,
possibly one of the most haunted places in Europe.
Oh, we like that. I know, it's a good one.
I thought we should get right to it.
Let's do it! OK.
First, I'm meeting local investigator Jenny Sullivan.
She's been trying to solve the mysteries of Leap for six years.
In your opinion - from investigating this place -
if there's some type of elemental,
what do you think it is?
There's many different stories to what the elemental is,
what it looks like,
who created it, how did it come here?
But it is completely and utterly negative.
It is so negative.
I would feel uncomfortable being in there by myself.
OK.
We've had, you know, when we were sitting here before
in the banquet room,
we would have the spirit box on.
And he just wanted women in that room.
And I said, "What will you do with the women here
"if we're here by ourselves?"
And immediately, on the spirit box,
he just said "rape".
I like to do audio work
and I find the audio from here phenomenal.
We were here a few months ago
and we were sitting in just where the fire is at the table.
So we would have a phone in the conservatory
with a recorder beside it.
I'll take my phone to another part of the location
and I would ask questions through the phone.
It is probably the best thing I have done on any investigation.
OK.
So, I'm counting one to five.
We were sitting round the table,
we could all hear it and I have it on recorder...
Oh, my god. ...with me.
Well, let's hear this. OK.
I'm gonna count up to five,
and I would like you to tell me the missing number.
One, two, four...
Five. Oh, my god.
So, he didn't give the missing number... Yeah.
...but he said five. Yeah.
He was finishing off my counting. Oh, my god.
"One, two, four."
And he goes, "five". Yeah.
When you have really bad people,
you tend to have negative things following them.
We're definitely gonna go check out this castle.
Jenny's experiences are chilling
and I know personally of other people
who have been contacted by the elemental.
I've been wanting to come here for over a decade
because one of my friends came here a long time ago -
a paranormal investigator -
and he got shoved up near the chapel.
So I've been wanting to come back here and confront
whatever it was that did that.
I want to know exactly what it is here that did that to him.
We start our search below the chapel in the banquet hall.
Aw, I like this room.
This floor too, wood.
Just trying to see what I...
Yeah, I'm trying to see where I feel.
There is a lot of really strange ghosts and apparitions seen here.
Oh, I like that.
There is a lot of history.
The O'Carrolls is one prominent family here.
And, yeah, this could be a really strange... you OK?
Whoa.
Just as you were saying the O'Carrolls
I got, like, really dizzy.
Did you hear that?
Somebody just walked above our head.
Is someone here?
What's above us? The Bloody Chapel.
Oh, my god. That's where my friend got pushed.
What kit do you have?
I've got a DR-60.
I want to make contact with you.
Three, two, one. Go.
There's a belief that there's an elemental here.
Is there an elemental here?
And, if so, what would you call it?
There's a belief that there's an elemental here.
Oh! Right.
Oh! (LAUGHS)
Oh, my god. I felt that.
Play that again.
There's a belief that there's an elemental here.
Right.
And, if so, what would you call it?
It.
It says, "it".
It says "it" at the end.
I'm sure, listen.
And, if so, what would you call it?
It. It, yeah.
"It." At the end, "It."
We need to find out what 'it' is.
Yeah.
What, did you hear that? Yeah, yeah, yeah. Heard that.
We heard, like, almost, like, a squeak of a door or something.
Well, that's not it. That's not the sound.
What the hell was that?
There it is. That's it. That's it.
That's the sound. That's the sound.
That's the sound.
So, something was at the door doing this?
We were just asking about the Elemental
and it said, "it".
This is doing...
So it's bringing our attention to here.
Either 'it' did that or a human spirit did that
to say, "You need to focus on this.
"This is the cause of the problems in this place."
Elementals take many forms
so we need a better idea of what 'it' might look like.
Evelyn is meeting local investigator Sharon Moen,
who has some exceptional evidence from the castle.
This is supposed to be one of the most haunted locations
of the world.
