English 자막 미리보기

처음 200줄입니다.

SAS selection

is designed to uncover the extraordinary.

Ordinary people

are about to have their lives turned upside down.

They'll go from their very safe lives

into our world.

Come on!

Go! What will it do...

Jump!

..to these everyday Australians?

I'm a tradie. Run!

Come on! Almost there! We got this!

I'm a teacher.

I'm just a stay at home mum with two kids, and I want my family

to see what I'm really capable of.

Awesome effort. Well done.

They're taking on the toughest...

..most intense SAS selection course...

My body can't take it.

..ever attempted. I can't breathe.

Don't panic!

Look at me, look at me. It's the toughest parts

of selection all condensed into one hell week.

Give me your number and this misery can end for you.

Chief instructor Ant Middleton and his team of directing staff...

Go! ..will reveal the truth

of who they are.

Sorry, sorry, sorry. You

have got more balls than he has!

Are you ready to go to hell and back?

Go!

Break, break, break, break!

The two detectives come to my house

and tell me, 'You've been charged with murder.'

We're going to find out who they really are...

I lost my son ten days ago.

..and so will they.

I made him a promise that I wouldn't quit.

No other test asks as much...

I guess I just see myself being like my dad.

..or means as much...

I had no friends, I had no family.

I was basically a bum.

..to the few who survive...

..Hell Week.

14 everyday Australians have volunteered to take on

the world's toughest selection course,

unaware of what's to come.

I love being a dancer, it's been incredibly rewarding.

But coming into my thirties,

there are still those questions, like can you do more?

And I'm hoping this course can help me discover

new things about myself.

I am self-proclaimed adrenaline junky.

I like to skydive. I like to surf. I like to cliff dive.

I want to try and do something that makes me really uncomfortable.

I'm just a 35-year-old mum, two kids.

Now I'm at a crossroads and I really want to see

if I've got that gumption

that I used to have when I was younger.

I think this will be really scary.

You'd have to be crazy to want to do this.

Oh my god. We're actually

going to be like smashed.

The chopper's above us.

There's a helicopter.

Yeah, above us, have a look out the back.

Holy shit.

Oh, my God!

Oh, my God! Oh, my God!

Get the (BLEEP) down, down,

get your heads down! Down!

Without warning...

Heads down. ..boom,

you're ours.

Kneel down. No one can hear you scream.

Down. There's nowhere to run.

You're gonna be in a whole world of pain!

Every minute... Get that into your

heads right now!

..of every hour...

We're going to break you down!

..of every day... Head up.

..you will be in pain.

Welcome to hell! You will suffer.

Hands on shoulders, keep your heads down.

And you will... Get in, climb in!

..reach the depths of hell.

The civilian recruits are being

brought to a remote a location...

Hands together.

..where they'll begin the first day

of their brutal one week intensive SAS selection course.

Heads down, heads down all the way.

Shut up!

This hell week is going to be brutal.

You'll see people panicking

and you'll see people not knowing what the (BLEEP) is going on.

You pissed your pants?

They metaphorically piss their pants normally.

First to attempt the test

is 32-year-old bodybuilder Bassim.

In an assessment of their mental strength

the recruits must fall backwards

off a ten metre high crane.

When I put you in position and give you the command go,

you'll put your arms across your chest

and you fall backwards.

The bodybuilding stereotype is all brawns

and no brain. I'm actually quite the opposite.

There is more knowledge in this brain

than there is hopefully on this body

and that's something that I can hopefully show on the course.

Heels over the back.

I think I would be a damn good soldier.

Arms by your side. Arms by your side.

Go!

Not too bad.

Swim over to the DS, move!

The next recruit to face the test is 31-year-old tradie Luke.

Move.

When I put you in position

and I give you the command 'go',

you will simply fall backwards. When you hit the water and resurface,

eye contact with myself, thumbs up.

I will tell you where to go.

This isn't the (BLEEP) Olympics.

I do have something to prove.

Wait for the instruction.

I want to prove to myself that I'm good enough

and that I am here in this world to do something,

other than just being a tradie.

Have fun in that jacket.

Go!

Bottled it! Move!

This is going to be one of the hardest things I've ever done

but I don't want to give up on something

and I do want to push through when it is hard.

I do want to battle those demons of, like, not giving up.

That was dog shit.

Get up there as fast as you can. Move it!

Do not (BLEEP) move.

We hit them with a psychological task

straight from the off.

Keep them on the back foot

and that's what the backwards dive is designed to do.

What we're looking for is how they cope

with stress and pressure.

Move. If they can execute

simple instructions. Stand still.

If they've got the nerve

to be able to it.

Do not look at me.

My kids, they've known me as a stay-at-home mum.

You will put your arms across your chest

and you will fall backwards.

So I think I want to show them all the things that I can do

and want to do more of.

Heels over.

Do not (BLEEP) this up.

Arms across the chest. Go.

Oh my (BLEEP) god.

Move!

I just want to live life to the fullest.

Straight to the DS, fast as you can.

And as much as I love being at home with the kids,

you only have one life to live.

Watch what's going on.

Stay looking forward.

As a professional dancer,

I crave that elite standard

and striving for your very best constantly.

When I say go, you will put your arms

across your chest and you will fall backwards.

I really admire the bravery of what it takes

to be a soldier and be an SAS operative.

Wait for the command.

I think this course is going to be probably the toughest thing

I've ever experienced in my life.

Go!

Good, not a bad one at all.

Resilience is a big thing in my life

and I'm hoping that I can use that to my advantage in the course.

Go!

Go! The backwards fall will tell us everything we need to know

about that individual.

wanker!

What the (BLEEP) was that?

It's all about confidence. Go!

If they trust in themselves...

Go! ..to be able to do it.

It's all psychological. Good!

If you (BLEEP) it up, that seed of doubt.

Go!

And if you start with a (BLEEP) up...

This isn't the (BLEEP) Olympics dive squad!

..you're pretty screwed throughout the rest of the course.

Do not look at me.

I'm a strong independent businesswoman,

fashion designer and mother.
