Ok for the most part, but clearly ripped by someone that didn't speak English natively. Lots of accented characters where they aren't necessary, along with some OCR errors. Otherwise, it's usable in a pinch.

Also, despite being labelled 'Hearing Impaired', these are not Closed Captions, only subtitles.
