It's probably the worst case of police misconduct

that I've ever seen in my 27 years of law enforcement.

The four police officers who were videotaped

repeatedly beating an unarmed man were found not guilty.

I think it is devastating to the image of this city

and especially to our police department.

It's going to take years to recover from that.

What happened today with Rodney King was unjust!
