We received a distress call from Ark 8.

There are still survivors, but their comms are damaged.

- I thought you were dead. - What are you talking about?

- What generation of clones are you? - Yeah, we're all Gen-2s.

- But there were Gen-3s onboard. - And one by one, they became violent.

- They caused us to crash. - I think Brice and Markovic are both EF spies.

- Come on! - Is that the device that controls your implants?

- It's supposed to be. - Let me see if I can decipher it.

- It's an explosion centered at the Ark 8 wreckage. - All Gen-3s are dead.

How the hell does a bunch of wreckage just explode out of nowhere?

Right when we were about to save the people we left behind.

I did an analysis of the blast's energy signature.

It looks like Ark 8's FTL blew and caused the explosion.

FTL can't blow up on its own. - Well, someone must have

triggered the self-destruct.

- Are the Gen-3 clones suicidal? - I have no idea.

Captain Garnet, my sensors detected

a signal sent down to the planet right before the explosion.

- From where? - From our Observation Deck.

Someone from Ark 1 did this?

- What are we looking for? - We need to find evidence of who sent that signal.

Maybe they left something behind or someone saw them.

Kimi, Eva, search the lower deck while we investigate up here.

Look for places someone might ditch whatever they used to send that signal.

Whoever did this wanted the Gen-3 clones dead.

Someone who had no problem betraying my direct orders.

- What is it? - Look at the bottom. It's comms tech from Ark 8.

It was reconfigured to transmit long-range signals.

- Looks advanced. - Whoever did this has some experience in engineering.
