This trial will take place in total darkness.

Feel like I've been going in circles

this whole time.

The survivalists and their families are in

the midst of a terrifying survival trial.

Although some have made it back to

their camps safely...

I feel so bad for anybody who's lost, man.

My lantern's out.

RJ and Doug's lanterns have died.

Luke is injured.

Gosh dang that really hurt.

And Eric is lost.

At night, it looks completely different.

How did I get lost three times?

I'm so out of breath.

Eric is inexperienced in the world of survival.

In our ten years together,

I think we camped once for, like, 24 hours.

Oh, crap.

I think I'm going the wrong way.

Eric, please.

The only thing that motivates him to leave the couch

is going to a restaurant or buying sneakers.

But before we even came here,

Eric said it's gonna be easy for him.

I'm bad with directions.

Oh, come on, Eric.

There's a lot on the line here.

There's $250,000,

and Eric and Nina want to get a house.

So, if he doesn't win,

don't even put me on the same plane with him.

At this point, he won't make it back.

This is crazy.

Earlier, I was thinking of extracting RJ

because it's just, you know, heart wrenching

as a mother to see your child suffer.

This is kind of crazy.

It's a really dangerous challenge.

But I'm not gonna make a rash decision

and extract until he has zero left in him to give.

This is not ideal.

And, I mean, a bear could walk right up on me

and I wouldn't know it.

We are really nervous about Doug

not making it back.

And having to sleep in the woods.

You cannot see you going forward.

And, I don't think it's worth risking

severe injury that I get bounced from the game.

We came into this game thinking Luke was gonna

put on a face for people, making them think

that things were worse than they were.

So in my mind, this is all fake.

That's probably the earliest that

I don't think I'd been able to sleep.

This sucks.

continue to monitor their loved ones

who are stranded in the dark, cold wilderness.

I'm just worried about him being

This is not an easy hike, and my leg is,

Emotionally, sometimes it takes a toll.

Also, Tanisha and I had to have a whole discussion after.

I'm extremely frustrated because in that challenge,

it was a two-people challenge.

I felt like she kept second guessing

everything that I was doing.

So, it wasn't productive.

It was like, what do you need me for?

That's kind of how I felt, I was like...

we're a team.

There's really no playbook for this game,

playing with your sibling.

But we came here for RJ and his growth,

and all we can do is

put love first and keep going.

I'm back at camp.

I know it's a competition.

I know you guys are very competitive people.

Urgency really was kind of just

what's on my mind this morning.

Been on my mind ever since I read that note yesterday.

But, like, I'm right there with you guys,

but please don't forget that I'm an actual human being.

After burning calories in the trial the

night before, survivalists turn their attention

to their reward for completing it.
