I really think you're gonna like this one.

It's a lot different than the other properties we've seen.

Wow, this view gives a whole new perspective on the island.

Not only do you get the ocean,

you get the boats, you get the town, all of it.

When they built the Sky House,

they angled it to maximize the view of the sunrise.

It's amazing from every floor.

But nothing like from the top.

And, well, what you see is what you get.

What do you mean?

The condo comes completely furnished as is.

What, the antiques and the artwork?

It's not uncommon for a beach condo to be sold furnished.

It doesn't usually come with antiques and art.

Well, I've always wanted my own suit of armor.

The owners were a bit eclectic.

One was the heir to a tobacco fortune,

the other, a museum curator, from what I understand.

This is all just excess to them.

They didn't want to have to move it,

and they thought it would expedite a sale.

See that big marble vase over there?

That belonged to Bernie Madoff

when the feds sold off all of his possessions.

It came from an estate auction in Palm Beach.

They needed a crane to get it up here.

Wow, see, babe? We can actually own something

that was once owned by the world's biggest Ponzi schemer.

That's not really a selling point.

Uh, can you give us a minute?

I love it. I mean, it's absolutely perfect,

and we don't have to worry about nosy neighbors.

I mean, I guess the boaters are our neighbors.

Yeah, but Amanda, we don't even know how much this place costs,

and we lose 100 square feet of living space.

Completely furnished? 579,000.

Whew! Amanda, that's a lot of money. We can't afford that.

Well, let's talk about it.

You know, we can list the lake condo

as a vacation property.

I mean, that's positive income.

Both our businesses are doing well.

pieces of furniture, and this thing?
