Perry Mason: The Case of the Shooting Star

Finding no subtitles for this Hallmark version of this movie, I created these subtitles using a two step process. First I ran the mkv through Subtitle Edit's Purfview's Faster Whisper XXL voice-to-text function in August 2026 with an advanced, customized query for this specific movie. Since the Hallmark cut is shorter than the full release, I then ran the resulting Whisper SRT through a custom Claude Desktop skill that corrected wording gaffs/mishearings using a full-length OpenSubtitles file as a reference, keeping this file's original timing intact. The resulting machine generated and typo-corrected SRT is not perfect - but it's surprisingly good.
