The first 200 lines.
Previously on "Hell's Kitchen"--
Who's it going to be?
Me, Chef.
Ryan volunteered to join the Blue Team.
It would be awesome if I can get
them through a dinner service.
That's going to make me look even better.
Lets go.
In the slider challenge--
Go ahead, Matt!
--the chefs slid for ingredients.
Onion.
Parmesan.
Truffle.
My three-year-old son would
love this bouncy ball thing that's going on right now.
The judges were not impressed with Matt's shrimp
roll with chipotle aioli.
Your greens are kind of wilted and over-dressed.
I agree.
A little too much heat for me.
Where the fuck do they know?
That's why they're running burger joints.
But Heidi's cilantro chicken
burger really wowed the judges.
I love it.
A little heat there at the end.
Thank you.
And Brian's spicy lamb slider impressed and tied it up
for the Blue Team.
The cucumber is really smart.
To break the tie, the winning team
was determined by the judges deciding
which chef had the best slider.
- Heidi, well done. - Yes!
Yes!
Thank you.
I won it.
It was my burger.
At dinner service--
Lobster.
--Matt struggles on the fish station.
Matt, VIP, curly-whirly over-- hey, come here, you.
Combined with his poor attitude--
My patience is running out.
OK, chef.
OK.
--turned the whole Red Team into a bickering mess.
If you guys are on apps, why the hell
are you not bouncing around helping me out?
So you're blaming me because your fucking lobster
is overcooked?
Hey, shut up!
Another major problem was Kim's meltdown on garnish.
I'm sorry.
There's no stock in there.
It's just dry.
I'm sorry.
Get out.
In the Blue Kitchen--
Does anybody else feel this is slow?
Yes, Chef.
Shaina's lack of urgency and lack
of quality on garnish--
Come on, come on.
--put her team in the weeds.
It's like monkey piss.
But it was Wendy's overcooked New York strip--
Hey, what does that look like?
It's over.
It's like she put that steak on, on Tuesday.
--that was the final straw that sent the Blue Team--
All of you, get out!
Yes, Chef.
--to join a bickering Red Team in the dorms.
Look, if you shut your fucking trap for one minute
and just listen, Kim!
You shut the fuck up!
Hey!
At elimination, the Red Team nominated--
Matt--
-and
Kim.
While the Blue Team selected--
Wendy--
-and--
Shaina.
And on the heels of major problems
in both kitchens, Chef Ramsay not only eliminated--
Shaina--
-but--
-Matt.
--as well to leave "Hell's Kitchen"
and say goodbye to their dream of becoming head chef
at Yardbird Southern Table and Bar at the Venetian
in Las Vegas.
And now the continuation of "Hell's Kitchen"
Now, get out of here.
Yes, Chef.
Man, elimination was fucking crazy tonight.
Are you kidding me?
The elite eight, and Kim's part of it?
I am completely shocked Kim is still here.
It's fucking bullshit.
They got rid of Matt.
Matty Ice, it's all because Kim is a piece of shit.
He's way better than that, ugh.
I hate her.
I-- I'm I was praying for her to leave.
Actually, I'm glad she didn't, though.
Better for us.
Oh!
Hurry up!
No.
Come on, guys, please!
Scallops!
Where are they?
Hey, hey, hey.
Come here, you.
Come here.
It's just mistake after mistake after after mistake!
Whoo.
It's just raw.
Raw!
That's pathetic.
Let's go.
Quick. - Oh god.
Ladies.
Oh, no.
What the Jesus.
I can't do it if my life depended on it.
Good morning. Good morning, Chef.
How are you feeling? - Good, Chef.
Scared, Chef.
Well, I see you've noticed
my friend Brett up there.
Here's his partner, Rachel.
Ooh.
Hello.
I brought Brett and Rachel here
to demonstrate something that I expect all of you
to be able to do.
Whoa
Oh, my god.
Beautiful.
Incredible.
Thank you.
Now, obviously I don't expect you to do the same kind
of stunt that Brett and Rachel just performed,
but there is something that those two
incredible artists just did that I need all of you to do,
and that is trust.
So, for today's challenge, we're going to put your trust
in each other to the test.
You will be working in pairs, and each pair
will have to recreate one of my signature dishes,
but your responsibilities will be divided.
One member of the pack tastes it, and one makes it.
You'll have to trust one another.
The pair that recreates my dish the closest
will win the challenge for their team.
- Jesus. - Got it?
Yes, Chef.
Good
"Taste it, now make it," is a "Hell's Kitchen"
classic but chef Ramsay's got a twist, so it just totally
changes the whole entire game.
Right.
Pairs.
Want to pair?
Sorry, Paulie?
No, nothing.
Are you mumbling to Ryan now?
Almost like you were on a date?
No. What were you mumbling?
He was asking me to be his pair, Chef.
I was saying, "do you want to pair or split?"
Oh, I see.
You're going out there first?
I always try to think.
I trust Ryan as a cook, and Wendy can't cook,
and I'm just sick of Devin as a person in general.
OK, pairs.
You've got a minute to decide amongst yourselves.
Pair or split?
Yeah, I mean, I think I would rather--
Wendy's got a really great palate.
I think she can pick out everything's in there.
How do you feel Devin?
What would you rather do?
I'd rather be with Paulie.
Do you have a good palate or do you want to cook?
I'm good at everything, so it's just at this point.
OK, then. Heidi and you two
- Yes. - Got it.
Red Team-- who's tasting, who's cooking?
Pair number one?
Kimberly is tasting, I will be cooking.
Pair number two, Andrew?
I'm going to be cooking.
