Joe Cocker: Mad Dog with Soul

I spent about 3 hours fixing up the sub included with the RARBG release. It had hundreds of OCR errors and most of the proper nouns were not capitalized. I probably missed a few, but this is much much better. 01:30:05, 23.976 fps. Original author unknown.
