Best of the Best 3: No Turning Back

(23.98fps / Runtime: 1:38:19) I believe this is the uncut (or extended) version as there were quite a few scenes/lines that weren't in the other subs I found. Added those back in, made some corrections and retimed. Should be much better now. Rate/Comment/
