made their final jump at the mat.

Chile is a 4,000-mile long country

bordered by the pacific ocean and the andes mountains.

Teams will begin this leg

in the capital city, Santiago,

home to South America's tallest skyscraper.

first-place finish -hopefully, we can make

So, our last leg, we felt like

even though we placed so well... we felt like

we didn't operate as a team. We were

kind of on separate pages.

So we kind of talked about things that we can improve on.

For me, I'm gonna try to not be

so reactive with things that he says.

For me, it's important that I let her

set the pace for our team.

We can only go as fast as we go together,

and I think that if I allow her to set that pace,

we'll perform much better.

We know that first place is within

striking distance for us.

We just got to have a flawless race.

We're just gonna try to communicate effectively

and really think through things.

Having a map is an absolute game changer for sure.

We know where we are. We don't have to stop for directions.

Lately we've been kind of stressing out about

the spot that we're in and we kind of got away from

"don't worry about what everybody else is doing,"

so, I think today

we're gonna do the best that we possibly can

and, hopefully that

ends us seeing first place on the mat.

that disappeared after it was purchased

six years ago before reappearing here in Santiago.
