Previously on The Kardashians...

- Woo! - Wow.

This is my week of my 40th birthday.

-Jello shots! - Cheers!

- 40. -Yes!

This is gonna be your decade, Khloé.

Do you feel like how I did when I was turning 40?

'Member I kept crying nonstop?

No, it's like I'm still transcending

into the person I'm supposed to be.

-I'm going to India with Kim... -Oh, my goodness.

-...for someone's wedding. -Wow.

Italy after that. So, yeah...

-Oh. Ah. -...I'm doing things, 'kay?

Wow.

Look at this.

-Which side would you prefer? - Doesn't matter.

See, guys? We don't even have a side.

-Holy crap. -

Wherever Khloé's dress will fit.

Can you just pull in? 'Kay. Oi.

Look at you two!

-The Kim K? - So cute. Okay.

-Kim and Khloé take India. -And we are taking you guys with us.

-We're off... Oop. -We are off to an Indian adventure.

- -

Hi.

-Hi, how are you? - Hi.

This small Indian traditional welcome for you.

-Oh, thank you. -A very warm welcome

to the Taj Mahal Palace

-at Tower Mumbai. -Thank you.

May I go ahead with the red tika for you?

-Oh, thank you. -We hope you have a pleasant stay with us.

Thank you.

We are here for the Ambani wedding.

They are, like, a huge, affluent family in India.

29-year-old Anant Ambani

and his 29-year-old bride, Radhika Merchant,

are tying the knot.

The guest list dripping with A-listers,

Bollywood and pop stars, like Hillary Clinton,

Nick and Priyanka Jonas, and wrestling star John Cena.

It's their last child getting married,

so it's the most lavish, the most amazing

pre-wedding, pre-party, reception, everything.

Hi, thank you.

Oh, my gosh! Oh! Holy.

This is the room?

Oh, my God.

Kimberly! Wait, I hear a waterfall?

- Fancy! -

-This room? It's amazing. -It's incredible.

Oh, a small dining table, Kim.

- - Wait, I have to call North.

Look at my room! Look it,

they give you traditional things.

It's like an apartment.

It's a palace in the sky.

-You look amazing. -Show them, show them me.

Show them you. This is what North does when...

- -...she's being a...

-I'm confuzzled. -You're confuzzled?

Yeah. I'm confuzzled!

Okay, do you wanna say hi to Lorraine and show her your makeup?

I actually don't know the Ambanis.

We definitely have friends in common,

and Lorraine Schwartz is, um, one of our good friends.

She's a jeweler. She does jewelry for the Ambani family.

She told me that she was going to their wedding

"and they would love to invite you,"

and we just, like, kinda went on a whim and said, "Sure."

Oh, it just keeps going.

A little office.

Okay, I love you. Bye.

A restroom.

Kimberly, you're missing a huge part.

It doesn't end.

Oh, we can have a meeting. What?!

Here's one room. That's, like, a gym or spa.

Oh, I should've brought workout clothes.

Kim, did you see the agenda?

We don't have time for that.

To experience India this way is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity.

Even the invitations that we received

are, I swear, I think, 40 to 50 pounds.

And it had music coming out of it

-and, like, gold script... Yeah. -Gold elephants, and it was crazy.

So, I think when we saw the invitations,

we were like, "You don't say no to something like this."

What a beautiful greeting.

Such a beautiful greeting.

Boy, have we gotten Koko outside of the gates.

India and then Italy?

-We are outside. -All the I's.

I just turned 40, and I cannot wait for the next 10 years.

Your 40s are amazing.

-No, they're ep... Like... -No, no, no, the things you've done.

Not only did I get you out of Calabasas,

I took you to, like, the furthest place possible.

And then, we're going to Italy after.

-Yes. -We are traveling.

I mean, after that birthday party she threw me,

how could I say no?

Okay, what's this fitting we're doing?

So, this is for the wedding tomorrow.

-Should we go? 'Cause it's late. - Yes.

- Hi! You look so good. -How ya doin'?

Aw, thanks.

Scott has come by for a visit.

Scott lost his mom and his dad years ago, and we are Scott's family.

He's one of the kids.

-You know what I think you should do? -Please do tell.

I think you should learn...

but, like, really learn from somebody really good, how to cook.

It's a sexy thing for men

-to be able to cook. -Literally, a great

love language for you to have.

I think that any time a man

can demonstrate his cooking skills,

it never hurts in the dating pool.

What a great gift to be able to bring that skill to the table,

and have that as, ya know, one of your superpowers.

-You know... - I'm really sorry

-about that. - Thank you.

- I know how horrible that must be. -Yeah, it's been rough.

-It's rough, but it's gonna... -It really has, it's just rough.

It's rougher in the mornings.

-No. Not today. - Um, okay... okay.

-I just have good days and bad days. - I got you.

Well, you just don't ever expect your sibling...

-Well, that's the thing. - ...to pass...

-Never expect it. -...when she was younger than me.

My Aunt Karen was

just such a sweet, authentic person.

I would say my favorite memory of her

is that she had a microphone in her car

where she would sing while she was driving,

and so, we were, like, singing The B-52's

and just, like, having the best time.

I think I was, like, 10.

How's your mom doin'?

Not great. I just feel really bad for my mom,

and I don't think any parent deserves to lose a child.

It's... I can't imagine.

-No, it's terrible. There's no words. -No.

I know she's in a better place,

-my sister... -For sure.

...'cause she was never feeling good.

-Right. -But I just didn't expect a heart attack.

My mom has always done everything and anything she can.

She's been such a great... support for Karen.

She was, like, the best human being ever.

She was so fun and she was great.

It's, obviously, very sad that she passed away,

and I feel really terrible for my grandma

because I could never imagine being in that position.

My mom is so incredibly heartbroken over the loss of her sister,

and also the fear of what this will do to my grandma,

and my mom is in constant worry and... grief thinking about MJ.

And it, it breaks my heart 'cause it's such a helpless feeling.

-Well, I'm sorry. If you ever need... - Thank you.

-...anything from me, I'm here. -Thank you.

I believe she's in heaven...

Totally.

...with everyone else that we love

and that's what I have to hang on to.

-Alright, I love you. -Love you too.

Thanks for checking on me.

Thank you!

Wow.

What is mine?

Yay! I love red. I just never wear red.

We are in India for only 48 hours, and we have so much to do.

There's two nights back-to-back of wedding events.

One is the actual ceremony.

So, we have fitting after fitting.

I think this will probably take a couple of hours

'cause we have different designers.

-Wow. Amazing. -It has all these Swarovski tassels.

All this gets stitched.

Stitched, stitched. We stitch everything...

- Okay. -...so it stays.

The designers that we have are people

that are working with the Ambani family,

so everything is pre-approved by the family, of course.

-We're gonna get naked, guys. - Alright.

We love our looks. Don't you love your look?

-I love my look, yes. -I love my look, yeah.

Is it too booby?

- Is it too busy? -No, like, booby.

-Oh, too booby. No. -Or no?

I feel like I wear a lotta neutral colors,

so to wear all red just felt so special.

And then, this will be tighter,

-so my chi-chis are bigger... - Yeah.
