There's one other development

Recently, we've acquired some major clients,

I've decided that the best way to expand this company

to other states is to partner with a PR firm

that already has a stronghold in those areas.

And the company I feel most comfortable partnering with

is Viator.

I know this is a big move, but it's a business decision

that my parents thought about for a long time

and didn't end up making before their passing.

I believe in the future of this company

and want to see it grow and succeed

in the way that I know it can.

Is this an acquisition?

No.

Sounds like an acquisition.

We'll be using their resources in those areas,

and they'll take a percentage of the payment.

It's a partnership.

There will be no buyout of our company.
