but this is where the high end people want to be.

It’s got the largest reef chain in the Caribbean.

It’s a perfect place for some snorkeling.

It has lots of sea life.

We’re down under the Caribbean,

but, you know, down under is a state of mind.

And plus I’m Australian, so down under is wherever I am.

It has been about six years

since I have worked on a yacht.

and Ben was the first solution that came to mind.

He needed a chef and I needed an escape

and I thought, why not?

In essence, we saved each other.

This could be the perfect little distraction,

you know, just a little goodness in my life.

given the space in the afternoon to rest,

and then you use him in the evening.

I started yachting eight years ago

and I feel like now I have a great reputation.

I mean, I’ve had to kind of make up for my bad reputation.
