The first 200 lines.
Selection for the SAS...
..is a test like no other.
I don't care if they're celebrities in their world.
They've chosen to enter our world.
They are not going to know what's hit them.
17 celebrity recruits...
Let's go, let's go, let's go!
..have volunteered to put their glamorous lives behind.
You having a nice time?
It's going to be hard not to have my Instagram.
It's like oxygen for me.
SAS selection is designed to break the most elite soldier.
They're put through
the most gruelling stages of selection...
Are you OK? Yes, sir!
..by an elite team of ex-Special Forces soldiers.
Let's go, let's go, let's go!
Chief Instructor, Ant Middleton.
I spent 12 years in the military.
Four years in the Special Forces.
I've saved lives and I've taken lives.
..and his team of directing staff...
I've been in counterterrorism.
..hostage rescues.
I've been decorated by Her Majesty, The Queen.
..will make no exceptions.
Not many people make the grade.
Head up!
There's no winner.
You have what it takes or not.
Go!
Brake, brake, brake, brake!
I can't make any excuses.
Fucking zip it and listen for a minute.
We're going to find out who they really are.
No other test asks as much...
You're all going to suffer.
..or means as much...
Stop being selfish.
It's pathetic.
..to the few who make it through.
These famous and infamous Australians
have signed up for the Special Forces selection course.
A brutal process that will physically and mentally break them down.
Only those with mental strength, courage and pure grit will pass.
For us, this isn't a TV show. This is real.
This isn't some kind of army boot camp.
Come on, let's move! Get out!
Put your hands on the side.
Put your head down.
The course will reveal every flaw...
Come on! ..every weakness, every insecurity.
Stand by to move!
This is not a game.
Do not break that chain.
Just keep your hands on their shoulders
and just shuffle forward.
Keep shuffling.
I don't care about anything that they've done before.
What an amazing life they've got.
Keep your hands together out in front of you.
I'd like to think that the celebrities find out
that there's more to life
than being fake.
Don't fucking smile at me.
People would best know me
as a serial entrepreneur with five businesses.
Failure, in my mind, has never been an option.
I've had a lot of media attention.
I think this selection course will give me a chance
to show more of the real me
because you can't hide and it's not fake.
Don't look at me. Look over here.
You look like you've seen a ghost.
I'm doing this course to challenge myself.
Look that way.
But also for my daughters to look up on TV and see their mum
and kiss the screen
like they kiss the screen when Daddy's playing cricket.
The Australian public knows who I am
from being Miss Universe Australia.
If there's one thing I want to learn from doing this course
it's how to fail and get back up and keep going.
I am an Australian swim team member.
I was actually accused of taking drugs but I know I'm not a cheat.
Look that way.
This course allows me to prove to the world
that I do work hard and I don't take shortcuts.
If I asked you to describe a Special Forces soldier,
you'd probably - an image in your mind:
Six foot six, three foot across,
V-shaped. It's absolutely not.
These celebrities, they look good,
but what they really are is sculpted polystyrene.
Look up.
That way. Look over my shoulder.
They've got no depth.
We're looking for somebody who's a thinker, a doer.
Might not be the fastest, might not be the fittest.
But it's that person who will give you the hundred percent...
Look that way.
..and that stands out within the first hours of meeting people.
That way.
If you're over 15 years old
and you say that you've never heard the name Schapelle Corby,
um, bullshit.
Turn around.
Watch, observe, pay attention.
The SAS is an elite Tier 1 unit
that conducts operations behind enemy lines.
SAS selection is a course designed to break the most elite soldier.
95% of soldiers fail the course.
It's not for the faint-hearted.
It scares even the most elite of soldiers.
You fucking pin your ears back and listen in.
I am your chief instructor on this course.
This first task is about each and every one of your characters.
Can you divulge the information that we give you
and execute what needs to be done?
If you get this wrong,
the first breath of air you're going to take
is not going to be air, it's going to be water.
Do not panic.
I do not want to be jumping off that helicopter into the water,
dragging your arse and pumping water out of your lungs.
This isn't a game.
No fucking around, no joking around.
It starts right now.
First to face the extreme eight metre
backwards fall is ironwoman, Candice Warner.
I've always been a very competitive person
but since having kids,
I haven't pushed myself to the limits that I used to.
150 metres from shore with near freezing ice water,
the task is terrifying for any recruit.
To put myself through the absolute limit,
to test myself physically and mentally
is what excites me the most.
Let go. Let go.
Put that across here.
That hand across.
Look forward. Stand by.
Go!
Ooh!
(CLAPPING) Yes, girl.
Alright, stop clapping. She can't fucking hear you.
Next to take the leap
is socialite and public relations entrepreneur, Roxy Jacenko.
I've always had the mindset
of take every opportunity that comes your way.
That was one of the reasons that I wanted to do this.
Because it's extreme
and it's not what people expect or anticipate that I'd even do.
Oh, she's high.
Do not move!
I don't actually think I've had a failure.
I honestly can say that.
I think I've put everything in place
so that I'm not in a position where failure occurs.
Stand by!
Go!
Ooh!
Let's go.
Good girl. Go, Roxy.
Come on then! Let's fucking move it!
Former Bachelorette, Ali Oetjen...
Do your seatbelt back up.
..is next to fall.
Start fucking switching on! Let's go!
I'm doing this because I want to prove
that I'm more than just the reality TV star girl.
Other arm across.
I am really tough and I am really strong
and I think everyone doesn't think the pretty blonde girl can do it.
Go!
Ooh!
Not bad, not bad.
The backwards dive is horrendous.
Falling backwards is unnatural, let alone out of a helicopter.
Go!
We want to overload your senses...
Oh, my goodness!
He did a backflip.
..give you a quick set of orders...
Go!
..for you to process...
Go!
..and execute.
Far out.
That's it.
Stand by!
People have called me 'the missile'
and fastest man in the world
but dealing with what I thought was the ultimate failure in my life
of not winning the Olympic Games,
I was certainly very embarrassed
and now I am the retired swimmer,
and I guess I'm in a phase now
where I'm looking for a new sense of identity...
Stay rigid!
