The first 124 lines.
In the beginning there were the heavens.
In the beginning there was the earth.
And all the universe between them began slowly
to fill up with the wonderful creatures of nature,
in cycles that opened and closed,
closed and opened, the cycle of life.
This is Gal, a young female jungle cat,
who lives a solitary life like all cats of her species.
Omer is an adult male looking for a partner.
On the shores of the Sea of Galilee, Gal responds to his courting.
In the north of Israel, on the slopes of the Golan Heights,
another romance is taking place.
Two young wolves, Alon and Nufar, have left their packs
in order to start a new pack of their own.
Autumn.
The skies are covered with enormous flocks of migrating birds.
Thousands of pelicans, cranes flamingos, storks and cormorants
make a stopover from the cold countries of the north to Africa.
Some of them will remain here only for a few days to rest and feed.
Others will remain here for the entire winter.
Evening arrives, and just before the moon shines upon the young lovers
thousands of starlings gather together
in an aerial dance at sunset.
The autumn is also the mating season for the ibex.
On the cliffs above the Dead Sea,
the males are trying to entice the females,
but they are not won over so easily.
First the males have to prove that they are deserving
of the females' love.
The females will only give their favors
to the strongest of the males.
This time the victor is Rotem, the lucky guy who wins it all...
All the females in the herd are his.
The rest of the males can only look on in envy
and wait for the coming fall.
The courtship of Alon and Nufar is progressing.
But skipping, jumping and biting
is not just a mating game for the young wolves.
It is also a team-work training for the future hunt.
With great expertise, they succeed in singling out and devouring
their first communal meal.
And in the desert, the defeated ibex was left on his own
and is an easy prey for the leopard.
The leopard is satisfied,
which allows the ibex a few days of peace and quiet
until the leopard's hunger returns.
In her eyes, who knows
Gray clouds disperse to the four winds
A dry stream fills up and green grass covers the earth
And the wide open space is unfolded.
And it's certainly enough for me
enough for me like this
And it's certainly enough for me,
enough for me like this.
Winter has come and so have the rains.
The strong forces of nature take a toll on Rotem's herd.
The Hula swamps are a welcoming guest house for wildlife.
Its warm waters, even in winter, offer plenty of fish and plants.
Gal and Omer, the jungle cats,
made their way north from the cold waters of the Sea of Galilee
to the warmth and plenty of the Hula swamp.
Gal is pregnant and gets hungry frequently.
We're in the hight of winter, and for the first time
the young female wolf in heat.
Her scent draws male wolves from all over the Golan Heights.
Alon is forced to fight them
in order to prevent them from getting close to his mate, Nufar.
Snow is not a new experience for the wildlife of the Golan.
It covers their pastures and makes movement and hunting difficult.
But this year, there's a surprise waiting for the desert animals.
A rare snowfall forces Rotem and the herd of ibex
to find shelter in grottos.
Towards the end of the winter,
Gal and Omer return to the Sea of Galilee
and find it very noisy.
Soon the gulls and the cormorants will leave Israel,
but in the meantime, they fill their stomachs with fish
and prepare for their long and exhausting journey.
Suddenly, as if on cue,
they spread their wings and take off
into a farewell flight
In their home on the Golan,
the wolves are preparing for the birth of their cubs.
Alon is digging a den that will be the cub's home.
And Nufar is saving her strength for giving birth.
In the breadth of nature,
you can already hear the beginnings of spring.
If only I was a tree or flower
If only I was a mountain or plant
I'd feel the silent flow of spring
the silent flow of spring
If only I was a tree or flower
If only I was a mountain or plant
I would feel the silent flow of spring
the silent flow of spring
But because I'm human only human
because I'm human
I'm human
Do not be amazed by the sight of my joy
Do not be amazed by the sight of my joy
Do not be amazed by the sight of my joy
No, do not be amazed by the sight of my joy
If only I was a mountain or a plant
If only I was a tree or flower
I would feel the silent flow of spring
the silent flow of spring
But because I'm human only human
But because I'm human only human
I'm human
Do not be amazed by the sight of my joy
Do not be amazed by the sight of my joy
Do not be amazed by the sight of my joy
Do not be amazed by the sight of my joy
Do not be amazed by the sight of my joy
Like a flower or a tree I'll throw my head back and sing
If only I was a tree or flower
If only I was a mountain or a plant
I would feel the silent flow of spring
the silent flow of spring
If only I was a tree orflower, tree or flower.
After a 60-day pregnancy,
a new generation of jungle cats comes into the world.
Gal takes tender and loving care of her tiny cubs
Her warm tongue heaps love and tenderness upon them.
