Previously on "Below Deck Med"...
- Jennifer happens to be a personal friend of mine.
We have weather coming. - Like stay-on-the-dock bad?
Stay-on-the-dock bad.
- It's time for the interior to step up.
Hold up!
- I'm gonna arrange for them to go to, like,
a pizza-making course.
- Dishes. - Only this.
- They were supposed to take the ----ing salads.
Do you mind helping out in the interior?
Yeah.
- Can I put beige underwear with the red shirts?
No.
You're a grown-ass woman.
You don't know how to do laundry?
I love being on my hands and knees.
That picked up quickly, yeah?
Someone should be on watch 24/7.
- We have a hierarchy for a purpose.
- If I say something, that's what's happening.
- Yeah, but I am gonna question the security of the boat.
There's no doubt about that.
Sorry, she said dry toast.
Sandy does not like to wait.
- Am I ever gonna get that toast?
It is not fair to the crew
to do provisioning for the next charter
while there are still guests on board.
Service sucked, Hannah.
Why are you doing provisioning now?
We're still on charter. - I--
They're just as tired as you.
It's not fair.
I get freaked out
that we're not gonna have what I need for charter three
and the charter guests on the next charter
are gonna go off at me.
And I finished at 4:00 this morning,
so I couldn't do it then, 'cause I was getting--
- 4:00? - Yeah.
I was literally on my hands and knees.
I've got blisters on my hands.
I promise I'm trying my best.
- Oh, okay. -
The client is paying money
for your full attention.
- But we should pack up. It's 11:30 already.
- This quarter-mile walk is gonna kill me.
- Jamie, I got you. - All right, thanks, Colin.
- I got a box too I got to bring out.
- Jamie, are those all double-bagged?
Yeah.
- I'm asking 'cause there's sh-- on the floor.
- Yeah, it is. - Okay, cool. All right.
.
To be spoken to like that
when I've been working 18, 19 hours a day
and I'm actually provisioning
when I'm supposed to be sleeping,
to me, that's just bullsh--.
Oh, my God.
Good morning. - Good morning.
How are you? - Did you have a good sleep?
- We did. - Yeah?
- I just can't believe this is the day you're leaving.
- I know. Yeah. - Okay.
Well, you let me know if you need anything, okay?
- Where does this go? What is this?
- Okay, the guests are all good.
As soon as we drop off charter, strip the beds.
Is that including, like,
the stuff we put at the end of the bed?
- No. - No.
- Okay, so just, like, the whites?
- Not the day covers and not the fur blankets.
Thank you, girls.
- Ready to roll. -
I don't know why everything's not fitting anymore.
Ugh!
All crew, all crew,
let's proceed to the dock
to say good-bye to our guests.
- How nice of you to join us. -
- Yeah, soak in that farmer's tan, baby.
- You ready, hon? - The exit.
Walk the plank, baby.
- Take care. So nice meeting you.
- Hope you guys had a good time. - Great.
Thank you, Capitana.
- Even though Jennifer hasn't complained,
I noticed how bad the breakfast service was.
- Really impressed with everybody
and all that you're doing,
even though I didn't get to see you drive.
- You still don't think I can drive it.
- No. - Okay, but I can.
- Okay, so I have to come back. - Yeah.
- This is--you know, this is a wad in here, but--
- It's kind of big. Thank you.
- We're really grateful. All right, bye, guys.
- Bye. Thank you. - Bye. Take care.
- Okay, so we'll reconvene in 20 minutes
for our tip meeting.
- Perfect. Thank you. - Thank you.
- You take up so much space for such a small human.
I know.
Usually, I start this off on a really high note
and tell you how amazing you are and we make a toast.
However, I feel like this is the worst breakfast service
that I've experienced on a charter yacht.
The timing that it took to get my omelet this morning
was 30 minutes from the time I asked for it.
I didn't get my toast until I finished my omelet.
Breakfast is the start of the day.
It sets the mood for the client.
- I feel like Sandy's frustrated
because she really wanted to take the boat out
in front of her friends
and show them what she could do.
But we don't control the weather either.
Adam.
- Say how amazing my dinner was last night.
- All right, now I'm getting pissed.
I'm not gonna tiptoe around you.
You're a chef. Shoulder it.
If I am not happy with the ----ing toast
not coming out on time,
don't say, "I don't need help with the toast."
I carried that charter.
There were no toys. There were no slides.
There were no Jet Skis.
There were no anything other than food.
One piece of toast basically negated 28 meals of service.
- Oh, my God! - Thank you so much.
- You know, and it's just not interior;
it's the deck as well.
So, obviously, the tender was a big one.
Conrad, please offload the tender
before another vessel comes into the slip.
Why didn't you offload the tender?
Just didn't--didn't--
(BLEEP).
I don't want to have to tell you to put the tender in the water.
Now, Jennifer Berman and her guests
left us 12,000 Euros.
That's 1,000 Euros apiece.
Sweet.
All right, let's turn it around.
Adam, meet me in the bridge in five.
Yeah.
Not even in the slightest.
- What does service have to do with food?
- I have nothing to do with service.
My toast was ready.
I also didn't know you were sitting at the table.
I also didn't know that you had ordered an omelet
until I had pretty much finished everyone's meals.
So you never got the order.
It all came late.
Good for you, honey. Save your own ass.
But if you want to throw the interior under the bus,
I'll throw you under twice as fast,
and it'll hit you double as hard.
- I felt like I did such a good job.
You just took it personal.
I wasn't talking--"Adam, you suck at making toast."
Did I say that? - No.
Just know it's not personal.
Okay, good chat.
- We got to get covers off-- - Get the sh-- done.
- Go. You got that one?
- Do you mind holding this for me?
- Yeah. - Fancy a stroll to the aft?
I had two eyebrow rings,
and it got ripped out in a fight.
- Oh, God, that sounds terrible.
I like scars.
You like scars?
yeah, I had four stitches.
Rode my bicycle into a bookcase.
We were shooting bottles with a shotgun.
I slipped backwards off the roof,
landed on my head.
Collarbone, screws holding it together.
Knees, pellet gun.
My back, fell out of a car. Gunshot.
- Gunshot? Who shot you?
- Myself chasing people off my property in Zimbabwe.
It went through my hand here, it came out there,
and it just burned.
- Ouch. - Yeah.
- Chicken pox. -
Battle wounds, bro.
You're ----ing kidding me.
Check out this yin-yang bullsh--.
