was Donny Ray Black's death the result

of a heroin overdose?

No.

He coded less than a minute later.

- Mr. Pritcher, you were still in the room

when Donny Ray coded.

- I'd like to introduce into evidence a plea agreement

between the witness and the DA's office

in which Mr. Pritcher confesses to the murder of 15 patients

while employed as a nurse at Great Benefit,

along with the subsequent murders

of Roberta Karakas, Ethan Cook,

and the assault and battery of Amber Sturm.
