Since it's been a while, please introduce yourselves.

Let's start with Mikey.

Hi, I'm Mikey, an ex-insurance agent from the US...

who came back to Korea to sing.

Hello, everyone.

I'm the lead dancer of Turbo who's back as a trio.

I also rap from time to time too.

Hello, I'm Kim Jung Nam.

I'm Kim Jong Kook and it's great to be singing on stage again.

Is this really your first TV appearance as Turbo?

Yes, it is. TV music shows...

weren't on our minds when we released our album.

Truth be told, we only talked about...

holding concerts and singing at events...

but this just happened.

Sketchbook was the best choice that we could make to perform on.

There aren't many TV shows like this...

where we can perform and interact with the audience.

I was incredibly nervous with this decision though.

Many artists find our show tough. - Exactly!

We couldn't be more grateful to have you all here.

They're also our first guests today...

I'm sure many still remember just how popular Turbo was.

Your songs were everywhere. - Right.

You were known as the best dance group of the nation.

So let's begin with the songs...

What were your biggest hits?

Our debut album was "My Childhood Dream".

He keeps on singing instead of me.

He's just greedy in that way.

I know. It must have been his dream.

That's when I realised what it was like to fall in love at first sight

You sang this song together, right?

No one can sing the song...

in the original key.

I can sing some of it because I'm that good.

That's right. - Even the ladies find it hard.

They do. - Jong Kook has such a high range...

so it's hard to sing like him. - There was also a ballad.

I know that we'll never have those times back

I think that there are professionals in the audience today.

They know when to scream.

Jung Nam recorded this song...

before his departure.

was released while Jung Nam was still part of Turbo.

However he ran away...

and Mikey came in to pick up after him.

You must love but also hate the song.

I don't go skiing because of this song.

It's so good to hear it again.

These days, it's hard to identify a song just by hearing one bar,

but in this case, you'll just find out which song it is.

I strained my vocal cords because the notes were too high.

I think I solely lost to Mikey because of this song.

That's why I didn't like this one either.

Meanwhile I found my place in the industry...

the other way around. - I wasn't doing well before that.

If it weren't for this, I would've...

It's my all-time favourite.

I'm sorry but they're not still that very close.

We don't know each other very well,

but we've been getting more acquainted lately.

Lately? Thanks to our show?

Anyway, you guys seem different now.

Back then you were in your 20s.

That's right. - You were full of energy.

Now you've aged...

and you seem more relaxed.

Back then when I saw you on TV, you looked determined...

to make it big in the industry.

But now you seem like you're having more fun.

It's like this.

Back then, we didn't laugh or smile at all...

while recording our songs.

It wasn't that much fun. It was just a job for us to do.

We were always supposed to practise.

Doing as you were told. - Right.

We sang songs and then went home.

That was how things were but this time around...

we laughed and smiled the entire time.

There wasn't a single day where we didn't have fun.

Also, back then Turbo didn't belong to us...

even though we were the singers.

Many would think that it was ours but it really wasn't.

But this time around it really is. This album is solely ours.

That's why we decided to do this.

We all wanted to record an album...

that was entirely ours.

You must have been so happy. - We were.

For the first time,

we each got to pitch in giving ideas.

We never did that before. - That's the joy of making music.

That's right. - This was the first time...

I smiled in the recording studio.

but he had never smiled in the recording studio before.

It's kind of sad to hear that.

After the news about you came out,

many thought that you'd be releasing a few singles.

However I was surprised to find out 19 songs were in your new album.

That's right.

All our previous albums had a lot of songs too.

That's right. - They did.

All the artists release singles these days...

and it's not that easy to listen to an entire album anymore.

But I put my foot down.

This album celebrates our 20th anniversary...

and it's been a long time since our last album was released.

So I told them this when we first got together.
