The first 200 lines.

You can't help

- You can't help but think of Italy

as the most romantic place in the world.

- Oh, my God, you see the dolphins?

Oh, you see the dolphins?

- Naples is a big superyacht marina,

lovely anchorages, Capri, Ischia, Positano.

It is spectacular.

- Eight years is a long time to be in yachting.

It makes me feel dead inside

when I order baby shampoo every year with no baby.

Where's my white picket fence, Labrador, and 2.5 kids?

- Being a young boatswain, I try to hide my age

as much as possible.

- I don't know whether to bang you or give you a bottle.

- I know I've got a baby face. I literally only shave my chin.

That's the point when we're gonna start having problems.

But I'm still your boatswain.

- If there's anyone that I need to impress, it is Sandy.

- Heck yeah. Isn't he amazing?

I learned my lesson.

- Did you say making out with you?

- Hanging out with you. No more love triangles, okay?

Get your mind out of the gutter.

- I was always a very confident person,

but after I did pageants, I really am invincible.

- If I say start at 9, start at 9, okay?

Okay.

If someone doesn't praise me for doing a good job, well,

then there's just something wrong with that person.

- My name is the icebreaker of all conversations.

- I'm deckhand now, but I will be captain soon.

- This is my first time across the Atlantic,

and this is a dream come true for me.

This is the yachty way.

We start enjoy some wine or some pasta.

You know, my favorite's "nyor-key"?

"Enyor-key"? Is that how you say it?

I'm really bad with second languages.

- People call me excessive. Over-dramatic.

You work so hard.

Bubbly.

- I've always been such a romantic.

Give me a nice candlelit meal,

sweet nothings, and I'm yours.

Mr. Fitzgerald, stop. I'm a sucker for romance.

- I'm a really kind person, and I think about

how I would want to be treated.

You didn't ask to be sick.

But don't ever take my kindness for weakness.

Feed it out manually. It's pulling me back. (BLEEP).

As a captain, I'm only as good as my crew.

- Oh, (BLEEP). - What's going on?

- What your hands, babe. Watch your hands.

That is so dangerous.

- It's just so hard. - No, it's not an "I'm sorry."

- You do have a ----ing attitude problem.

- You put this ----ing boat at risk.

- Get the (BLEEP) out of my galley.

I want to fire Hannah.

No, no, no.

- I want to fire her ----ing ass.

She's a big boat, eh?

- Hello. - Oh, my God.

- How are you? - Good.

How are you? Good to see you.

- I love being a chief stew, but I feel like 30

is that all-or-nothing part in yachting,

and what's scaring me now is some of the people

who join yachting after me

have already left and have kids.

- We're gonna get into the season,

we're gonna smash it out of the park.

- If you're gonna figure out what your next move is,

at least do it in the Amalfi coast

earning sh--loads of money.

Haven't even had a look around the boat yet.

- It's nice. I like it. - When do we pick up charter?

- Tomorrow. - Quick turnaround.

- Yeah. We can do this. - Yeah.

I'm gonna have a look at what state the boat's in.

Nice boat.

All right. - So much bigger

than "Sirocco." - The domain.

It's nice taking over a boat

that has been professionally run.

"Talisman's" 177 feet,

by length, the biggest yacht I've ever captained,

and there are very few female captains

who run vessels over 50 meters,

so I'm in an elite club.

- Fish out of water! - I was like,

"Who the (BLEEP) is that?"

Hello. Ever since "Sirocco,"

I managed to hop in the van and drive.

I went from San Diego all the way up to Canada,

and I was in the woods cooking,

and it's really helped with my cooking abilities.

Coming back out to the Mediterranean,

giving it a second chance, letting go of Malia,

and not having these distractions all around me,

I've never felt like more of a chef.

Oh, hi.

- Did you run here? - It is hot out there.

- Yeah. Last year, Hannah and Adam nearly got fired.

- I went ahead and added some onions

to his soup out of spite.

- I'm done with Hannah's management skills.

- But they both showed potential to be great.

That's why they're back. - You win the MVP tip, honey.

- Thank you. - Whoo!

Beef tenderloin roulade.

Oh, my God.

- You know at school how they go R.T.F.Q.T.:

read the ----ing question twice.

So we're gonna go, "Read the ----ing preference sheet..."

Twice.

- The minute Adam doesn't listen to that preference sheet

or Hannah screws up this season,

there's no second chance. All right, really good.

- It's really great seeing you. Rock and roll.

I'm ready to cook.

- Hi. - Hi. Hannah.

- Conrad. Nice to meet you. - Conrad.

Nice to meet you. Sandy.

And I'm sorry, Conrad, what was your position?

- A boatswain. - Boatswain.

- Hello. - Hey. Welcome aboard.

- Conrad. Nice to meet you. - Well, have a seat.

- You're quite young. - I am, I must admit.

- How old are you? - 23.

- I was 19 when I started yachting,

and working with a lot of older people,

I had to really step up my game quite quickly

and grow up quick.

- Let's take a walk. - Okay.

- I just want to--I have some questions.

- Hi. - How you going? I'm Hannah.

- Kasey. Nice to meet you. - Kasey, nice to meet you.

I'll grab you your uniform. Where did you come from?

- New York. - I love New York.

- Out here, I always want to look like a pro.

Yep.

- I want to make sure that your distances match mine.

Sure.

- Give me the distance from here to that little boat.

80 meters.

- 80 meters? - Yeah.

Maybe closer to 100.

- Perfect. Learn your boat. - Okay.

- High food crew area. - It's massive.

Even the laundry room.

Look how big it is.

- Your stews are gonna be dancing in here.

- Welcome aboard. - Thank you. Yeah.

- Sorry, what was your name again?

How do you spell that?

J-O-A-O. It's...

- J-O-A-O. Whereabouts in SA are you from?

- I'm not. I'm from Zimbabwe. - My family's from Zimbabwe.

- Oh, are they? - Yeah. Whereabouts?

- Harare, Salisbury. - Oh, okay.

Yeah.

- I've got a soft spot for anyone from Zimbabwe,

because that's where my parents grew up.

It's a landlocked country,

so you don't meet too many yachties from there,

and obviously, it doesn't hurt that he's hot as (BLEEP).

I'm so happy I have someone from Zim on board.

- I'm gonna get definitely lost in here.

- Conrad. Nice to meet you, man.

- Adam, nice to meet you. - Nice to meet you.

- I'm so jealous of your name. - Huh? Why?

- 'Cause it has "rad" in it. - Okay. Another TV.

This is the first time I'm working on a huge boat.

The boats I work on back home are like 100 feet,

so it's very intimidating,

but I've been in yachting for four years, and I'm smart.

It's like a treasure hunt.

Let's go and start at the top, actually,

and we can work our way down.

- Okay, cool. - Growing up in Zim was tough,

from politically, economically, everything.

It's in great shape.

Just rinse and wipe and get it looking nice and pretty.

- There's no way of moving forward in the country.

You're always at a standstill,

and yachting was my only way to get out of Zimbabwe.

- It's gonna be interesting doing a rinse-down in a day.

Tell me about it.

- Hi. - Hi.

- How you going? - Good. How are you?

- Good. I'm Hannah. - Brooke. Nice to meet you.

- Nice to meet you, Brooke. Do you want to have a seat?

Yeah. Sure.

- So how long have you worked on yachts?

Three and a bit years now.

Started out as a junior stew on a really big sailing yacht,

and then I got a chief stew job on a smaller sailing yacht.

- Okay. What was the large sailing yacht?
