The first 200 lines.
Let's explain the story from last time.
Ryuhei Tomura, who was dumped by his girlfriend Yuki Kono
went to go drink at his university senpai's place
and they watched a B grade horror movie called "Genocide Palace"
"I'll kill you!" - "Go ahead and try"
This is pretty long.
It's already 8 so we should start watching now before we get sleepy.
This is pretty good. - I know right?
By the way after 10pm
in Moro-senpai's neighbourhood Bellemaison Ikagawa
Yuki was killed by someone
and thrown off a roof.
When the movie finished at 10:30pm
Moro-senpai went to the liqour store in his neighbourhood
and bought some snacks
when he got back from there
he said he was going to take a bath
and left the room again.
At 11pm Ryuhei got worried
because Moro-senpai was taking so long in the bathroom
and when he went to go look inside
the bathroom to check on Moro-senpai
Moro-senpai was inside but
had been stabbed with a knife and was dead!
The locks on all the doors had been locked from the outside
so Ryuhei was locked in completely.
And with that Ryuhei Tomura became
the main suspect for two seperate murders.
After initial investigations there were no clues at all so
Ryuhei was taken away by the police.
We'll do whatever it takes to find the real criminal!
Just wait for us~! - Hurry up and get in.
I'm not going to give up until we free Ryuhei!
Okay well, do you wanna start from
Moro-senpai's mansion again tomorrow?
...And that's how we ended part one of this story.
And today we'll be jumping into
part 2.
Stay tuned.
Is it true someone was killed her?
Yes it is...
He's got a suspicious air about him, hey...
But in most cases people like that are misleading.
They make it look like they're the murderer but they actually aren't.
Aa! Wait...Where are you going?
Did you think of something?
Just atleast tell me where you're going!
You're in the Mystery Society at university, right Ms. Landlord?
How come you don't know already?
We're going to follow the victim's footsteps. It's natural thing to do.
Aa~! Right right right. - So you did know.
I did but I just wasn't sure if
that's what you were thinking of too.
If you didn't think of it I was actually
going to suggest doing it to you.
Thanks for being so nice. - That's okay.
You seem to have the basics down. I'm impressed!
Thank you.
Moro-san came here to buy snacks after
the movie "Genocide Palace" finished.
I have footage of Moro-san's front door.
Aa! The hidden camera guy!
Ahhh shhhhhhhh! Don't say that so loud.
Are you stupid?
You don't have the right to call ME and idiot.
Aa! Mr. Pervert, what a coincidence. - Shhhhhhhhhhhhh!
Your voice is loud too!
Excuse me. - Yes?
Did this person come the night before last?
Yes, yes Moro-san came here. - At about what time?
Just before we closed... At around 10:30pm.
Here you go. Thank you.
That's exactly what we've already heard. - Was he a regular customer?
Yeah, he came once every 3 days or so.
I wonder why he'd come to this broken-down, boring store
when there's a convenience store on this street too...
That's a rude thing to say.
Atleast it's broken down in a good way.
Does it have any good qualities, though? - Both of you are rude!
The alcohol has dust all over it
And the snacks are pretty lackluster too.
I wonder WHY Moro-san had to
come to this store.
Ah, I think I've got it.
Did you have some dirt on Moro-san or something?
Did you threaten him to come here and buy things with it or...?
Get out! - Let's leave.
Ee? Ee? - Could I get these please?
Ah! These were at the scene.
They're pistachio and Sakika. Senpai bought them for me.
Did you figure out why he used this awful liqour store?
Excuse me...! - The night before last did
you and Moro-san talk about anything interesting?
Hmmm not really...Moro-san just did his shopping and left as usual.
Could I get a receipt in the name Ninomiya too please?
Ne ne ne. This old guy could be the criminal you know?
Wait, there could be a hint in this store~!
Don't ever come back here! Tsk...
Ahh, this is sugar.
You're acting really simple but that's all just for show right?
You're really a murder, hey? - Just get out of here!
By the way you have a face like a parrot.
No I don't, oi! I'll end you.
Just try me.
I'm sorry...
This is where Moro-san joined the crowd
and found out that Yuki-san was dead.
I've got it!
Ahhhh so that's what it was!
Wait...! Listen to my idea! Nee.
I told you I've got it so just listen to my logic.
Okay. - I'm 90% sure it's right.
If you want to talk hurry up and get it over with.
Yuki-san's murder and Moro-san's murder,
both of these incidents are heavily related.
Yeah probably. - What's with that reaction?
Well I mean both murders took place in the same area so
there must be some kind of relation.
Oo! Wow the view is great here~!
Ha! You can see Ikagawa tower from here!
And the Ikagawa tree!
Aa! And Ikagawa Fuji...
Hurry up and lay out your logic Ms. Landlord.
I think Moro-san saw Yuki-san's murderer by coincidence
And he was killed to be silenced.
N? But Moro-san was still watching the movie with Ryuhei
when Yuki was murdered. - Please just be quit and listen.
I think the one who killed both of them...
was a delivery boy.
I see.
Yuki was cheating on Ryuhei with a delivery boy.
And on the day of the murder the delivery boy came to Yuki's house
we'll just call him Delivery.
Delivery and Yuki met on the roof secretly that night
but suddenly
5 or so other delivery boys appeared out of nowhere
and they were all from different companies.
Yuki was cheating on Delivery too with the 5 other delivery boys.
She was a real slut.
So Yuki told them to fight to the death
"The winner gets me"
She said. She really was a huge bitch.
The killing was done in tournament form
and Delivery was in the final with another delivery boy.
But in that final Delivery
was in a pinch and almost died.
When he was about to be killed Yuki jumped in to stop it
"Dont kill him!"
If she was going to stop him from being killed why did she tell them to do it in the first place?
Delivery panicked and pulled the knife out of Yuki's back
and the guy who killed Yuki panicked too and threw her off the roof.
When Delivery saw that he freaked out and ran off.
And the other guy followed him.
But then both of them realized...
that they still had deliveries to do.
So the both of them decided
to continue with their deliveries
after they ran following the incident.
Most people would just run away though?
After the deliveries in the neighbourhood were finished there was a crowd building
and Moro-san was in it.
Delivery was about to leave but at that second
Moro-san saw the knife that he was holding.
Why would he still be holding it if he was doing deliveries?
Moro-san saw it and he ran.
"If I don't do something everyone will think I'm the killer
I need to erase him" he thought.
So Delivery calmly decided to continue with deliveries in the area
Why would he do that? Delivery had delivered
to Moro-san's house before
and he remembered his face.
So anyway Moro-san decided
that he wanted to take a bath
That's pretty amazing considering what he had only JUST witnessed.
In the bathroom there was a small window, right?
Delivery came in through there. He's actually a professional killer
that's why he made it to the final of the tournament. - I see.
Anyway from an area the camera couldn't catch
he used a really, really long spear
to stab Moro-san from the small window.
What a pro.
it was mechanical too so he could remove the knife.
Wow...By the way how were the dead bodies from the
tournament disposed of? - Oh wait wait!
I forgot something important. Please listen until the end.
The tournament wasn't for real if one of them came close to dying
the judge Yuki would stop the fighting.
That's enough!
And raise a flag to show the winner.
Okay I'll thoroughly consider that possibility. Please do.
Is someone living here? - I wonder if they're paying rent?
It doesn't look like it.
And now we're back.
Nothing would happen on a small street like this...
Yeahhhhh.
This is a tough one.
What's the matter? You're pulling the face of
a detective in a suspense drama
who has just cracked a case...
This is the pose Eichiro Funakoshi does!
