Ilson used a chemical in his research earlier this year

that's unlicensed for import into the the United States.

The government, of course, supplied it to him legally.

But if Miguel has Ilson and he's forcing him to resume his research...

... they'll need more of that chemical.

Though to smuggle it in.

The major source of this drug is Ecuador.

A ship, the Buena Ventura, was unloaded at Pier 17 last night.

Its captain has a past history of smuggling...

... and its last port of call was Ecuador.

I'll gonna check out that pier.

That chemical could lead us to Ilson and Miguel.
