The first 172 lines.

Put it on.

Ali? Ali Dudayev?

- Zura. - My sister Selima.

Ukrainian passports.

Now you're Ukrainian citizens. Better take this off.

Passports.

To work?

Yes.

Border Guard, hide.

Down!

-Ali! -Border Guard, get it?

No!

THE PACK

FOR SALE

They've arrived?

I'm on my way.

It took you a while. Are you staying? We've got a new coffee machine.

Jagna, just give me what you've got.

You don't like being around people. A wolf misses the woods.

Their plates are on the other side.

And how's my case?

How do you mean?

I can't go to jail. Who'll stay with my kid?

That's what you get for smuggling cigs.

I'll see what I can do.

I'm sorry about your father.

Police, hands up!

The Ukrainian police ops during which the suspect committed suicide

ended the 15-month search for Ivan Zaytsev,

the main associate of Grigori Banyuka, aka Shadow.

Both were connected with the Polish ABW through Agent Andrzej Halman.

As we know, Halman died two years earlier at an ABW safehouse,

when he attempted to kill two witnesses, Alsu Karimov and her son.

Halman was shot by a Border Guard, Wiktor Rebrow

and thus the investigation of the ABW

and army's ties with smugglers was closed.

You haven't established who was above Halman?

We arrested 15 people, mostly Banyuka's couriers and soldiers.

Unfortunately, they didn't reveal the people higher up. Thank you.

-Are you OK? -Yes. I am.

Congratulations. On the training and the trial.

Your mother would've been proud.

She'd probably laugh. That I caught the small fry.

She was a great prosecutor.

We went to law school together, she was always the best.

Her illness must've been tough on you.

I was wrapping up the investigation when she died.

You'll catch the big fish. That's what we brought you here for.

-Thank you for the opportunity, ma'am -It's an opportunity for us.

But you won't be bored in Warsaw, either.

Aga, we know what you went through to return to us.

Wolves ought to stick together. Welcome back. To the pack!

Rebrow, come on.

This guy called me today?

May I?

And your return? What's with the special missions?

Conducting your own investigation? Is it true?

If that's what they say?

-Was that for you? -Yeah, on my tab.

It's just like I said.

Wisniak, Smolinski? and Sorokin. Someone's recruiting Kalita's guys.

-Still nothing on the wires? -They're careful, but something's up.

Maybe so, but without evidence the court will pull the wires.

-I can give you people. -It's too early.

-Too early? -Not yet! I'll manage.

I'm glad you showed up.

Have a good time.

-Yeah? -We got illegals, running to Ukraine.

-How many? -Two.

We caught them by 35. 300 m further and they'd cross over.

-From our side? -Running like their asses were on fire.

They wouldn't make one click in those.

Someone gave them a lift or they ditched a car.

The nearest road is in Tarnawa.

Load them up and let's go.

It's a van from Gauza's farm.

They thought they'd make it across the river.

But why were they running?

-Bring them in, we'll check the farm. -Yes, sir.

Oh, fuck.

Doc? Get anyone you can.

Labourers disappeared from Gauza's farm, we need to catch them, asap.

And call Switalski. We've got four bodies here.

-Hey? -Hi.

-What is this? -For you.

-You've drawn this? -She's fond of you.

We got a report. A witness from your Bieszczady case is among the aggrieved.

-Who? -That Ukrainian from Crimea.

Alsu Karimov?

A diner wasn't paying the dishwashers,

there was an audit, and she worked there.

Her family was planning on going to Germany.

Some Ukrainians killed a whole family.

...as we managed to establish

one of the victims is Mr. Gauza, the owner of the farm.

-The cause of death is not known? -Do you remember the diner's name?

Good morning, the name's Chojecki, I'm a prosecutor.

-What's up with this circus? -Chojecki called them.

My information for you is as follows: a family of three is dead,

a 7-year-old child among them, and one employee, a watchman.

-All victims are Poles. -And who is that?

Gauza's son from his first marriage. Lives in Reszow.

Claims he hasn't been here for a year.

The farm employed 40 Ukrainian nationals,

we are looking for them as we speak.

-Ukraine, Ukraine? -Gauza ran a labour camp.

Wojtekm did he have a rap sheet?

There was a complaint two years ago that he was behind with pay, that's it.

That's enough. He didn't pay until someone fucking snapped.

We need to check how many of those are fake.

-You suspect trafficking? -Forced labour had to be supplied.

Hold it, gentlemen? Those are just papers.

Gauza is the victim. A big businessman, local activist.

-I'd need hard evidence to raise hell. -So you call this soft?

Keeping their passports in his safe?

Focus on the fugitives and leave the Gauzas to us. Come with me.

The prick's right: we hadn't had a large shipment of illegals for two years.

-Just because you haven't caught one? -Because you would've?

-Fuck you. -Cool it!

Doc, get the guys and tighten the patrols on the strip.

They couldn't have just vanished. And you, check Kalita.

-He's flying solo, again? -He's been on it for two years.

Looking for something?

My father kept his gun here.

What did you take?

-Are you fucking crazy?! -Mr. Gauza, let's go to the station.

-Are you lost? -Did you secure that gun?

-None of your business. -This stinks of trafficking.

-The media won't help? -You or us? Have you got a family?

A child is dead, 40 bandits are out there with a gun,

and your job is to search for them! Volhynia is not far from here!

-Grandad! -What?

-Green? -Green what?

A green guy came.

Fucking prince charming. What'cha looking at?

I told you, it's for insurance money!

-Go ahead and check. -I did.

Did you hear about Gauza's farm?

If they didn't fucking whack you there then I don't give a shit.

Hold on? What's going on with your guys?

-Why? All's legit, I'm paying them. -I mean the ones who quit.

Dogs fuck them! Too bad for the dogs.

Someone fucks you out of the business and you're all good?

Who hired them away?

Fuck off, I don't know shit. I've got a legit business.

Ask around about Gauza's farm. And call me if you have an epiphany.

If I have one.

Remember, custody papers are never forever.

Are you threatening me?

Take the free-loader! Just another mouth to feed! And you?

Where's your hat?

Scram home! And don't eavesdrop on adults yapping!

Talking.

-Calm down! -Get out of here!

Calm down, I said!

Hey! Enough.

The locals caught them sleeping in a car in Czarna.

They're all legal, drove in last night.

We were waiting for a friend, he was supposed to come tomorrow.

Bullshit!

Give them something to drink and drive them back. And call Switalski.

Switalski, why?

-For those who assaulted them. -Are you sure? Commander?

Do it and back in the field! Two days and we've got shit.

-Fucking move! -Freeze!

Kalita says he doesn't know. But Gauza's son arrived.

Watch it, they're like the holy family now.

Commander, just in time.

I told the General we still have just the two from last night.

That's why they send me here. Captain, go on.

I saw Gauza Jr. taking something from the house, we should...

Who told you to go there?
