Now, we can't say that this loom was used on this plantation,

but we're certain that a loom of this construction was used.

If you'll notice the brown cotton,

brown is it's original color.

Now, brown cotton today is quite a rarity,

but in the 1700s, it was plentiful and unpopular.

It was generally given in the making of the slaves' clothes.

And that finishes us in the loom room.
