to restrict what comes in and out of their borders.

These states now have the technology to monitor

for not only narcotics and human trafficking,

but also the hate speech

that is located within the old Holy Bible.

Ohio is really leading this initiative.

These concerted efforts are making us safer

on a day-to-day basis.

Our law enforcement officers

stand in harm's way every day.

They should be applauding this.
