This story dates back to the 16th century when the crisis hit the Dracula clan,

which was the point of origin of the Vampire mythology throughout Europe.

The Dracula clan was confined by a newly formed faction,

the Neo Vampires, deep underground.

The Neo Vampires were called Corvin clan.

Since then, the overground world belonged to the Corvin clan.

They hunted human beings as much as they desired,

and they reached the peak of prosperity.

In 1999, the planets of the Solar System, including the Earth,

lined up in the shape of a cross.

This phenomenon was called the Grand Cross.
