Previously on Selling Sunset...
We're having our best week.
We just got into over $20 million of escrow this week.
I'm the newest agent at the office.
- Congratulations. - Thank you.
- He's asking 75 million. - That's just so overpriced.
- All we need is one client. - You sound like an unrealistic seller.
This is a bigger listing than he has, so...
Oh, my gosh! I want one.
Still no ring.
It's been a very toxic relationship having you in my life.
Are you saying that you will not give me a chance to be your friend?
I can't trust you. You weren't loyal to me.
I feel like you weren't loyal to me.
If I don't like someone, you don't like someone.
That's my definition of loyalty.
What is going on? What's wrong?
I'm gonna maybe have to get full custody of them.
Oh, my God.
Guys. "Justin Hartley files for divorce."
No.
How did you find out? Did he just come talk to you?
He texted me that we were filed.
Forty-five minutes later, the world knew.
Take as much time off as you need. I'm going to be here for you.
I want to ask her, "Did you really have zero idea?"
- Do you think you'd get the real answer? - Probably not.
The right side is Chrishell's side, because she's our family.
Today, Christine and Christian celebrate their romance together.
Chrishell, to be fair, Justin has his own side.
- You know that, right? - I don't want to do this anymore.
- She's out. - Who the fuck upset Chrishell?
What do you think, Amanza? Did we offend her?
His house wasn't selling. I was like, "Why don't you let me try?"
Or like an ad in Calabasas magazines.
'Cause the inventory is so low,
so I wanted you to see something off-market,
and then hopefully you're gonna like it.
Maybe do another e-mail blast.
I'm taking a flight to Miami at, like, nine tonight.
I could fuel up the car and drive home on this oil.
- What's up? You look good. - Hi, babe.
...fine with me.
Hi, ladies!
You look so cute today.
- Thanks, guys. - I love your skirt.
Are you guys going crazy with the market?
- Oh, yeah. It's wild. - I know.
Overwhelmed, but in a good way, I guess.
I had to bring in someone to help me with showings
'cause I'm up, back and forth.
Under, like, 20 million, there's so many offers in on stuff.
There was a $12 million house.
What were you saying? There was, like, over 50 offers.
- For one house. - Yeah.
I feel like I see people cannot negotiate, which is kind of nice,
'cause they know they cannot fuck around, they have to go for it
or, you know, they lose it.
Mary, while I've got you,
I want you to come to Malibu with me if you can.
Malibu?
I found someone I like as a potential replacement for Davina.
- Really? - The ink is not even dry, huh?
And she does business in Malibu, and I kind of wanna expand out to Malibu.
- So for me, this is a win-win, you know? - Yeah.
'Cause if you don't like her, then it's a no.
Thank you.
Jason, so is Christine coming back, you think, after her baby?
- Did you talk? - She will at some point.
I'm thinking about bringing someone in while she's gone.
- Does Christine know you're... - Not yet, no.
Really?
Wow.
Can I request I come up to that desk, and the new person take this desk?
I'm losing my voice.
I have nodules on my vocal cords because of this reason.
- I'm having to yell! - We need to get a megaphone.
- That's fair. - I'll help you move.
Yeah, like, grab my stuff.
- It makes her so excited. - I'm here!
I like this. All my friends are here.
I'm sure Christine will be fine with it.
- I don't even care what she thinks, so... - Ooh!
Yeah. This is so much better.
I like this.
With Christine, we've given her too many chances, and a lot of us are at...
Me personally, at the end of my rope, and there's no going back.
Christine and I have had our ups and downs.
We've been close, we drifted apart. I haven't spoke to her in months.
Mary's tried to work things out with her.
She's isolated herself a lot from the other girls.
She doesn't deserve this desk anymore.
- We're too busy to have two empty desks. - Wow.
I am nine months pregnant, and I'm still working.
We had planned on having kids the following year,
but with COVID, you know, when life gives you lemons...
At first, I was just like, "What did I have to eat from Shake Shack?"
I took a test, and that's how I found out,
and then I kind of put it on the counter, like movie-style.
Like, backed away, walked away, and then Christian found it.
It was really cute.
- Wow! Hi! - How are you?
- How are you? - Good to see you.
Good to see you. Oh, my gosh.
This view is amazing.
Love it.
Christian called me, said you're looking for a bigger house.
Yeah. No, I told him to reach out to you. We need a little bit of help.
It's just, our house is way too small right now,
and it's really vertical, there's nowhere to walk.
I mean, there's nowhere to take a stroller.
We have, like, a five-bedroom home that has actual two bedrooms,
'cause we turned everything into... Well, "we."
I turned everything into, like, closets, wardrobe rooms.
So we just need something bigger.
It doesn't need to be huge. Just 10,000 square feet at least.
- That's huge, but okay. It's all relative. - Uh...
- Depends who you ask. - Fair enough.
- Something like that. - All right.
We are maxed out at our house.
This new place needs to have an incredible kitchen,
open floor plan, amazing light,
a room for my closets-s-s-s-sss,
and baby bedrooms.
He said maybe everywhere from, like, the Valley to Beverly Hills.
The thing is, is we're not... We're not really view people.
We don't care. We're more about privacy.
- City, doesn't matter. - So this house is not for you?
I mean, I love it, personally.
I just don't think it's very kid-friendly,
and if I'm saying that, then it really isn't kid-friendly.
This is not kid-friendly.
Kid's just gonna wander off and fall down the hill.
Let me show you around. This place is really sexy.
The kitchen is great for, you know, someone that wants to cook, whatever.
- But, no, this is gr... - You and me.
- Neither of us have ever cooked. - Neither of us.
But for someone that would like to, it's an option. It's beautiful.
- Miele appliances. Love. - Oh, stop.
Just stop.
It's my purse. You like it?
I mean, I do. It's just not a purse.
It's a chair purse. You don't hold anything.
- It's a fashion statement. - Okay.
- Let me show you the rest of the house. - Let's go.
- Here, let me help you with this. - Thank you!
This owner's suite is, like, 1,500 square feet.
- This is incredible. - Unreal. I know.
Look how the mountains frame out the city view. I love that.
This is great.
Oh, this is awesome.
I really appreciate you getting up here.
- Yeah! I think it's gorgeous. - Plus, I need you to sell this.
You can put that guy through college with just the commission on this house.
You're absolutely right. I would love to help you find a buyer.
I'm gonna talk to Christian, see if he has anything in mind.
So do me a favor. Tell me your plan.
I know that you're gonna be MIA raising the kid for a while.
I'm pregnant. I'm not gonna be dead. I still wanna get back to work.
Ah, well, listen, I'm excited for you.
I'm really happy. We all are.
But you deserve some time off,
and I need to bring someone in temporarily.
It could be weeks, months, as long as you want.
The desk is here when you come back.
Business is business, but just know that I'll be back.
I feel like you're gonna have this baby in three minutes.
- Let's get out of here. - Yeah, let's get out of here.
We'll sell this baby before that baby pops.
Please.
2020 was the year of amazing highs and incredible lows.
From going through a divorce to losing my parents,
and then going on Dancing With the Stars .
After everything I went through,
I really put a lot of focus on my career.
So now I definitely would say
I'm one of the top-selling agents at the Oppenheim Group.
I worked really hard,
and I'm finally in a place to buy my own house,
so it's definitely looking up.
- Hi. - Chrishell!
