- Previously on "Below Deck Med"...

Hello!

- This charter season, I will not be taken advantage of.

How old are you? - 23.

Being a young bosun,

I try to hide my age as much as possible.

I never want to have a go at you for anything.

I don't want to step on toes.

Where have you cruised?

- Yachting was my only way to get out of Zimbabwe.

- I have a boyfriend. He's in Yorkshire,

and this will be the first time that we've been apart.

Flat calm. Very nice.

- This is the first time I'm working on a huge boat.

- Do you mind helping out in the interior?

Yeah.

People assume I'm a girl, I need to be a stewardess.

- Primary charter guest is Nichelle Gainey.

- Looking forward to maybe having you join us

for dinner on our last evening.

- Okay. This group of ladies are used to high-end service.

- Can you go get some nuts for her immediately?

- And didn't everybody said we didn't want any starch?

- I hate the food. It looks like slop.

- If there's anyone that I need to impress...

What? It is Sandy.

- We have some weather coming. - Yesterday was unacceptable.

- There's all this awkward, weird tension.

- Every time they came out, it was something wrong.

I'm gonna go communicate our concerns.

Good morning, Captain Sandy.

- How's the weather looking, man?

- We all had a day of concerns yesterday,

and it took away from us having a great time.

Are you feeling better?

- Not really, but I can't stay in bed all day.

Okay.

- We got sh---y weather coming, huh?

- I'm gonna go communicate our concerns.

Good morning, Captain Sandy.

I have a couple concerns that are valid.

One of the things was the food.

The presentation all in a bowl mixed together.

- Okay. - I just on my preference sheet

said I didn't want any starch pasta.

- Okay. - So there was pasta,

and there was only one asparagus,

and it's chopped up into five pieces.

Okay.

- Also, Hannah seemed to be frustrated.

- Okay. - On her face,

she didn't look very pleasing,

but that could just be a natural look for her.

I don't know. I brought together

a group of fabulous friends

who expect quality service,

and I don't want them focusing on,

"Oh, I had to pour my own glass today," you know? So...

Did that happen?

- It did happen several times over dinner.

- Oh. - I'm not having a good time.

It's our first charter.

This is not a good way to start.

I'll have a chat with Hannah.

- Okay. - Maybe she had an off day,

and Adam needs to pay attention to your preference sheets.

I'll have a chat with him.

We're not on somebody's boat.

No, you're on a super yacht

in the middle of the Mediterranean, and I apologize.

- I look forward to having a good time today...

Yes.

- 'Cause I did not have a good time at all yesterday.

- We're gonna turn it around. - Thank you, Captain.

- You're gonna see a difference.

- Take one half and go through.

- Around, and... - That one.

This here like this, okay?

- Don't you have some interior stuff to do?

All right, that's it. Did that hurt, really?

- (BLEEP), you got me right on the tip.

- How are you feeling? - Not well.

I don't want to make you guys struggle.

- Well, the guests are leaving soon.

- To go shopping? - Yeah.

- I had a chat with the captain about the concerns.

I'm gonna send you to land.

- Take me, please. Just get me off this boat.

- I hope you feel better. - Thank you.

- And she's gonna make sure that those concerns

are addressed with her staff,

'cause I want to have a good time.

- Adam... - Hi.

- Hey, so the bowl thing really bothered them.

Yeah, it did.

- Yeah. The primary said her preference sheet was ignored.

She doesn't do pasta.

Lies. Lies.

We sat down, and I told them exactly what they were eating.

- I'm gonna do grilled fennel and some spaghetti.

Okay. Oh.

- Because I know you've been asking for some spaghetti.

Make my palate dance.

- It wasn't about the quality of the food.

Presentation, preference sheet and the amount.

My job is to always be the buffer

between the client and the crew.

I don't want to crush Adam's spirit on the first charter.

- It is impossible to serve each of these preferences.

- Brush it off... - Yeah.

- And we're gonna make it happen.

So they're leaving at 12,

and it's partly cloudy all the rest of the afternoon, so...

Yeah, keep that to yourself.

They're gonna be leaving,

and I'm gonna be going, "Shut up! Shut up!

- It's sunny now. - Yeah, exactly.

- Hannah, Hannah, can you meet me on the bridge?

- Copy. Later, boys.

.

Hello, Sandy. - Hey. Primary came

to me this morning... - Yep.

- She complained about your attitude.

Unfortunately with my face,

sometimes when I'm being treated that disgustingly,

it does come across.

It was the vilest charter guest I've ever had.

- Can you go get some nuts immediately?

- Brooke's going down to get them.

- You know, we're going on 25 minutes.

- My dog eats food like this. I don't.

- This should be seven-star service.

It's ridiculous.

- I'm 30 years old, I've been doing this for eight years,

and I've dealt with a lot of difficult guests,

and at the moment, I'm kind of wishing back to the days

when I was looking after the Russian mafia.

- The other thing is, pull the primary aside, apologize...

Yep.

- And just say, "I'm gonna turn it around today."

- Okay, sure. - As hard as it is.

- Yeah. - Okay? You can do it.

We're going to Capri.

- Yep. - We are.

- But Capri's in the clouds right now.

Joao's comments annoy me.

He must hate the fact that I'm 23

and I'm in the position I am,

but I am because I know my sh--.

Growing up in Zimbabwe,

I learned to challenge the authority,

because they have no grounds to stand on.

If someone tells me no, tell me why it can't be done,

and I'll leave it. If you can't tell me why,

it's because you're a sh-- leader.

- You got the chamois? All right. Okay. Cool.

- Just so you know, ladies, the plan is to leave in 30 minutes,

and look, I know yesterday was a little bit frustrating...

- Yeah. - But I certainly didn't mean

to be rude or disrespectful to you guys.

It was just a very hectic day.

- Hmm. - I did not have fun yesterday,

but I do think your apology is accepted,

and we're looking to have an amazing time.

- Yeah. We'll make sure you guys have an amazing night.

- Is Captain still joining us for dinner?

- Yes. - Okay.

- Ready to have some fun? - It's not that cold out here.

- Nichelle, would you like your champagne?

- Oh, I'll take it. - Have an amazing time.

The best thing I can do right now

is send Kasey onto the land.

Hopefully it makes her feel better,

and it'll be nice for her to have some interaction,

even if the guests are ----ing nightmares. Enjoy the land.

Thank you.

- She looks as yellow as her hair.

- Like, we are on Capri. - How pretty everything is.

- Joao's gonna go with you. So is Kasey.

- You're not the one that has seasickness, are you?

I am.

- I thought you've been on a yacht before.

- I have. - Girl, let me walk around.

- This is adorable. - We're getting it, ladies.

Capri is beautiful.

The buildings, the architecture, it's amazing,

and the best part about it is that finally I'm on land.

- We're gonna eat at every single restaurant.

Come on, ladies.

- The sandals, 50% off. - Ooh.

Usually, the bigger the boat,

the easier the seasickness stuff is.

- I know, but it was a day yesterday.

- Did you want to eat here? - Yes.

Can we get a table for five?

Enjoy lunch, okay?

- Yes, we can't lose them, but let's go and explore a bit.

This is such a nice way to spend the day.

I feel a lot better.
