but they each have special meaning.

to toss them off the footbridge together.

where couples who are about to get married walk across

the footbridge that goes over Eternity Creek,

and you toss a coin into the stream below.

It's a way of bringing good luck

and a long marriage.

By the time you get to the other side

it's as if you've crossed over into your new life together.
