small but mighty 11-year-old Diana Pombo

versus the young girls with a powerful message,

The Posse delivered an incredibly emotional performance

with a big message, and it really landed.

As long as you love yourself,

you're beautiful no matter what people think of you.

Beautiful sense of unity.

I really felt the emotion.

I loved it. It's great.

Diana is a standout.

Her technique and her athleticism,

way beyond her years.

It wasn't just all the flexibility you had.

It wasn't all the strength you had.

It was the passion

that you put into every move.

Ms. JLo, you are my idol.

You inspire people, and you inspire me as well.

This duel is going to be a real heartbreaker.

Both of these acts have something really special.

Diana executes difficult moves with such passion.

And she somehow managed to check every box

But The Posse has a lot more girls

to create visuals onstage.

The Posse are taking a risk by bringing in a prop

that they've never used before.

I think it's a really smart move that you picked these ropes.

Diana's starting to feel the pressure of competition.

I know from being a competitive soloist

that when you're by yourself,

it can feel a little lonely.

Even though it's gonna be a big challenge for us

to beat Diana, people are stronger in numbers.

I'm feeling a little nervous,

but I'm bringing in the fierce side of me.

I think this duel will be pretty intense.

Thinking about what you guys did with the labels

on the sweatshirts and being yourselves,

and this, being held in the ropes

and in pulling you back and forth

and struggling through life--

it's becoming what you're about.

It gives me so many feels.

is so impressive to me.

There's something about a piece that means something.
