OCR'd subtitles from retail BluRay, then made exhaustive corrections by hand, followed by exhaustive enhancements throughout by adding italics for off-screen and Spanish-spoken dialogue, and listening to movie and adding and/or correcting dialogue -- sometimes one off words and sometimes entire missing lines. Subtitles as close to "perfect" as I could make them, film runtime of 1:45:46.
