It was always my plan to bring my kids and go on tour.

I'm gonna get my shit together

and I am gonna be a drill sergeant.

Like, Khloé is so tough.

My type of parenting is we do everything by a schedule.

You don't realize that you sometimes have a stick up your ass.

"I have a schedule. I have somewhere to be."

I'm so excited to watch Gypsy Rose. I'm meeting her on Wednesday.

-You're... Wh... That escalated. -

Gypsy Rose Blanchard was just released from prison.

She's expressed wanting to get into prison reform.

I would be pregnant right now if I could.

They found a cyst and, like, a little tumor.

-Oh, my God! -Dr. A said that I've gotta have

my ovaries taken out.

So, I need to clear for surgery.

-What do we need? -So, your procedure is when?

So, it's next Wednesday.

And we're gonna... She's gonna remove the ovaries.

Okay.

My surgery's a week away.

Dr. Boris is over to give me my pre-op,

which is an exam that you have to have before you have surgery.

I made peace with the fact that this is happening,

but I'm still a little nervous.

That's the only thing in my whole body that they brought up.

They go, "You look great, except for this,

and it's growing, so let's just get rid of it."

-Okay, um, so, let's... - I was thinking,

"What could I... what else could I do at the same time

- while, while I'm asleep?" - Two birds with one stone.

Right? I like to multitask at all times.

Anything I can do while I'm asleep, I'm gonna do it, but...

-D... You sleep? -Yeah, exactly.

Okay. And generally feeling well?

- Yeah. -Energy's good?

-and do what you need to do? - Yeah, yeah.

on an exercise program against my will.

Sometimes things happen where things are either an emergency

or they pop up or they're necessary.

Any pain when I push?

It never occurred to me that this surgery

would be something that I would have to do.

-Yeah, I just wanna get it over with. -Okay. So, if everything looks good...

I've never, obviously, done this before,

but I always consider myself prepared for just about anything.

But that doesn't mean that I don't get a little emotional about it as well.

So, we'll send all the information over to Dr. A and...

-Okay. Perfect. -...we'll send her over the clearance

-and you're cleared. -Okay. Thank you.

You guys, the way my brain shifts from, like...

'cause I have so many things on my mind all day,

it goes from, like, house projects to, like...

When did you start?

I think I started in 2008.

And, um, we were pregnant at the same time

when I was pregnant with Rocky.

I'm with him, um, all the time.

Even now when we book Pilates,

like, Travis, he'll do half and then I'll do half.

the 40 days at home where you, like, stay home,

and I pretty much did that with Penelope too.

I do.

Yeah. Mason broke his arm o... right when it turned 40 days.

Where it felt like God was like, "Your 40 days are up.

Get your ass outta the house."

Like, I literally... Mason called me and was like,

"Mom, I'm on the side of the road. I broke my arm."

I have kids all different age ranges:

preteen, teenage, adults, an infant.

So, I really do try to set aside one-on-one time with each of my kids.

I don't wanna miss anything.

It's, like, a feeling of, you know, being pulled in different directions,

like, wanting to be everything to everyone.

I rushed over to the hospital

and I was, like, sending milk back from Children's Hospital...

...'cause I didn't even have any saved milk 'cause I don't leave him.

But now, I'm also, like, feeling the guilt of all the kids.

Yeah. Four, plus three bonus.

Yesterday, the guilt really hit where I was like,

"Okay, I have to do more with the other kids."

So, I don't know how I'm balancing it yet.

-I feel like Australia will be good. - Yeah.

I was thinking like, "I have to fly to Australia

"to be in a house with all my kids

-and no distractions." -No distractions.

It feels like a rare time when you have an infant

and I just love this time at home.

And when Travis committed to this tour,

I wasn't pregnant yet.

I think the reason for going would be to keep our family together.

Just feels like, "Am I ready?"

-We leave next weekend for Australia... - Okay.

...and they hack up my house while I'm gone.

So, I always see, like, the, the dream life on Instagram,

where it's, like, a little cottage that's, like, really cute

and then I'm like, "Ah, what a life!"

But then I'm like, "Okay, but you have seven kids,

six dogs, two bunnies."

Is there still a lizard?

- No, thank God. -Oh, thank God.

It would be so nice to be, like, in a cottage in the woods.

But do you think after three days...

Like, I just see you turning on the cottage.
