I guess I'm going to talk about myself and my success.

My name is Adam. I'm 39.

Married to a fantastic woman. No kids.

Since I was 25, I've started and sold three different companies.

Now I really just administer the hedge funds myself.

We had our best year last year. A yield of 17.8 per cent.

How would our society be

if you had done everything inside you?

Been yourself. I don't mean the artificial person we pretend we are.

The one that's inside you.

If you're hundred per cent the person inside you.

An interesting experiment.

After I had my first 100 million by the time I was 30,

it's been hard to find the challenges that give me a kick.

But you should never underestimate

money, energies and inferiority complexes.

My daughter has her birthday while I'm in Monte Carlo.

When I was young, I had a number of jobs.

I never felt that I belonged anywhere.

Before I studied finance.

I thought: What is it that I'm good at?

That is to persuade people.

I'm a salesman. I can sell anything to anybody.

It was at school that I met Henrik, that I think you know.

That was in England.

After that I just got to it and started working.

What are you doing today?

- I'm on my way to work out. - Anything else?

Then I'm taking that fertility test at ABC.

- That's today. - Yes.

- When do you get the results? - I think it's three weeks.

When did you come home last night?

You think that can fill the "void", as you call it.

I don't know.

Why do you think the void is there?

- I don't know. - Yes, you do.

I've got nothing to complain about.

When you say that you've got a void.

I've never really belonged anywhere.

My father worked in steel, and he was very good at it.

Until he wasn't at all.

My parents got divorced when I was 11. He's dead now.

Mom took me and my brother back with her to Oslo.

She had absolutely nothing.

But still it was extremely important to pretend that she still had money.

I knew nobody...

I didn't know the codes.

The void has nothing to do with Adam.

I've never belonged anywhere.

But I know that I'm going to be a good mother.

And Adam's going to be a good father.

I think he deserves to focus on something else than just work.

There's really no problem.

I'm just having a bad day, but that's fine.

Still, you came to me, on the other side of town from where you live.

What do you mean?

You won't meet anyone you know here.

Because you have no problems.

We are finishing a number of our low margin projects,

so the margins will increase in the coming quarters.

And we'll see the results next year.

At this point, the yield is 13 per cent better than expected.

It's seven per cent more than...
