- You ready? -I don't know what I'm walking into.
What do you know about the new girl?
-She just had a baby with Nick Cannon. -Who doesn't?
- This is Bre. -As pretty as everybody said.
Don't get too comfortable, that's Chrishell's desk.
-Is Chrishell coming in? -Why's everyone staring at me now?
-Welcome. -Aw.
-Wow. -Look at this.
-Oh, girl! -Whoo!
Ring the bell.
-I'm just really happy for you. -Thank you.
I took a long time to move on from the breakup.
-Let's go again from the top. -
We went into this not knowing how deeply we were gonna fall for each other.
- I want you to meet Marie-Lou. -Marie-Lou.
I think she's better for him than Chrishell.
-You're clearly out to get me. Bitch... -Don't call me bitch.
I'll call you a bitch, you are a bitch, and you've been a bitch.
-Are things okay with us? -You hurt Chrishell.
-I'm gonna be protective of her. -Right.
It's like taking a shot of cyanide talking to her.
Light that fuse. Boom!
Let me finish talking.
-You don't have points and are on drugs. -No. Fuck you.
-No one? Mary? No one? -We... We... We...
-Chrishell, that wasn't cool. -But I believe it.
Full panel drug test. Let me consult with my attorney.
I find Nick Cannon and Bre's relationship rather off-putting.
Maybe he's a master manipulator.
She can't take accountability for what she says.
She's mad she got caught.
Who I fuck and have children with is my business.
-I'm allowed to voice my opinion. -Are you?
-We're not a family... -We actually were a fucking family.
-We're not in the place that we were. -Yeah.
I'm wondering if we can get back to it or if it's not worth it, to be honest.
-Hi! -Hi, pretty.
Hi.
-Hello. -Hello, good-looking.
-Look at you. -You get hotter every time I see you.
-I love you. - Hi.
Hi.
Today's real estate market will show who's the top agent.
There's no easy sales now, but I'll put in the work
and come back stronger this year.
Hopefully, between the three of us we have clients.
For sure.
-I think this is epic. -I love it.
And it just came on the market.
And one of my best friends is the listing agent, so easy deal.
The cross streets all have that similar style, which I love.
I love all the shapes. So interesting. Can you imagine the Instagram photos?
That's why I'm here.
-She brought her ball. -I brought my ball.
-That's insane. I'm obsessed. - You can't put anything in it.
I thought it was a purse, and I'm like, "It's actually just a basketball."
It's everything.
-Should we look at the rest of the house? -Yes. Let's do it.
The cool thing about this house is there's 6,000 square feet
of exterior space.
This property is insane.
Also, all the stone you see is Italian marble.
- I love the detail... - This wall.
-That's cool. -How it goes throughout.
I love a good open kitchen concept.
Emma, you could cook up a storm in here.
I could do some serious work in here with this view too.
Does anybody want a... ...Hot Cheeto?
-A casual Cheeto? -A Hot Cheeto?
I love how you just pulled a Cheeto out of your Birkin bag.
-So, do you? No? Okay. - Just one? No.
-I've got my ball. I'm good. -No, you have a Chanel ball, okay, great.
Uh, I'm obsessed with this house.
Me too. I love it.
-My gosh. -I can't wait to sell it.
- There we go, Amanza. -Same.
-Love the glass. -Isn't this stunning?
The whole house has pocket sliding Fleetwood doors.
This house is top-tier, guys.
It's a very O Group house. Wouldn't you agree?
-All the levels? -Yeah, all the levels, yeah.
I'd love to show Jason I can find a buyer for this.
- Did you guys hear the news? So... - What?
-Jason followed Chrishell to Australia. -Oh, wow.
Jason, Brett, Chrishell, and Marie-Lou.
That's creepy.
- Her face. -Okay.
I think we need to pop a Xanax in your mouth after that one.
I took a break from real estate because I wanted to join
G on their summer tour in Australia.
This is actually the longest that I have been away.
I got to, you know, spend the holidays with their family,
and we just really just grew so close.
It's amazing. I feel like I have two homes now.
-Hello. Ahoy. I made it. - Yeah!
-Hey. How are you? So glad you made it. -Hi.
-Hello. - Hi.
-How are you? -I'm good, and you?
-This is beautiful. Thank you. - First things first.
I did know Jason was planning on doing New Year's in Australia,
but I wasn't sure if our timing was gonna work out
because we were hopping all over for different shows.
And it did, so I'm excited to catch up with him.
Cheers, guys.
- Cheers, bro. - Good to see you. Cheers to that.
I know a lot of people think that it must be so weird
for us to be as close as we are
and to hang out with each other's new partners as exes.
But maybe it's something in the water at the Oppenheim Group.
We just, you know, you kinda keep it moving, and it's not weird.
Sadly, G couldn't come 'cause they're rehearsing for their show tonight,
which is gonna be super fun.
I think a 10:30 set time, if you guys wanna come.
I wonder how Marie-Lou's feeling.
-I feel like that's a little... -Oh, yeah, she's like, "Whoa."
There's nothing like the O Group.
- Never a dull moment. -No.
-Let's see the house. -Let's see the rest of it.
Ooh!
-It's a nice primary. -Oh, look at the fireplace. That's cool.
- Very zen. - I like all the wood stacked up.
-I wonder if you could climb that. - Oh, my God.
- Of course you'd try to climb it. - It's kind of a rock-climbing wall.
It's wonderful.
Fricking Emma.
We can't take her anywhere.
Would you jump in?
If you give me and Lou a thousand dollars, then we'll jump in the water.
Like you need the money, but I do wanna see you jump in the water.
-It's the principle. You have to pay. -I absolutely will.
You have to pay to see me with my shirt off.
Oh, my God.
So you're basically paying $500 to see me with my shirt off.
You're so stupid.
I will say, it was nice to kind of take some time away.
I mean, it is one of those things where
it got a little stressful there, obviously.
And so I feel like now, I feel a little more recharged
and a little more, you know, just a little more focused
on coming back in and checking in with my clients.
Listen, both of us have been kind of pulled away.
We both have new relationships.
We've been traveling.
So, I understand, like, you know, your distance from the office.
I, quite honestly, have been a little distant myself.
I need to plug my ass back in completely, and I just, you know...
I'm excited that you are going to as well. I can't wait to get you back.
I think it'll be good.
Well, I just hope Marie-Lou isn't the jealous type.
I'm uncomfortable, and I'm not even on that boat.
I mean, I do think that Chrishell was Jason's great love.
- I do agree. -Yeah?
-I've known Jason a very long time. -Yeah.
-He was madly in love with that woman. - Yeah.
["I Love What I See" by Lady Sway feat. LiTTiE plays]
- How much is this one again? - Twenty-six.
-All right. -All right.
-How big is this one? -Just under 13,000 square feet.
So it must be including those four structures in the back of the lot.
Okay.
Selling a $26 million house to a client would be a great way to start the year.
Hopefully, after seeing this, maybe we will have a client for it.
Yeah.
Things are moving pretty slow in the market right now.
If we wanna do business, we have to work harder.
-I like the lighting on the stairs. -Mm-hmm.
You don't have as many buyers out there trying to buy.
We don't have as many sellers willing to sell.
I think every agent has to really get out there and hustle,
otherwise you're gonna be out of a job.
You know, I had time to think. I'm not gonna be a manager anymore.
