The number of people that start up

companies here in Japan have been growing in the past ten years.

Every year, more than 120,000 companies are born.

Instead of working under someone,

people want to stand on top, pave the new era, and become rich.

The streets are filled with young people

carrying big dreams.

I was also one of them.

Here is the idea I propose.

TRASH CAN FEE BUSINESS

A business to charge fees to use trash cans around the city.

It's becoming increasingly harder to dispose of trash in the streets.

It's now common sense to take your trash home,

but I'm sure there are many people that want to

get rid of their trash as quickly as possible.

So, this led to our idea.

I WANT TO THROW AWAY TRASH EVEN IF IT MEANS PAYING!

We will charge fees to dispose of trash in public spaces, like parks.

I'm sure many of you are thinking,

"I'd never pay to throw away trash!"

Anyone in their forties or older here will remember.

Did you buy your water back in the '80s?

Did you consider water as something to buy? No, you didn't.

But now, it's common sense to buy your drinking water.

This "common sense"

is crushing business opportunities.

Skepticism of common sense expands possibilities.

Skepticism brings about new business opportunities.

Crushing common sense makes the world more liveable.
