The first 200 lines.

Previously on Hell's Kitchen...

After an emotional surprise reunion with their families...

Daddy!

Oh!

That Mom hug is just everything.

I have a special gift for each of you.

The chefs thought

it was time for black jackets.

Open your gift.

But things took a crazy turn...

For your next challenge you'll be wearing

a straightjacket.

Thanks, Chef Ramsay.

As they had to teach their loved ones

Chef Ramsay's Branzino dish.

Skin up, we're gonna score that.

No, no, no, dab the beans.

- Right here? - Oh, my God.

No, the beans.

Kristen and her dad...

This dish represents the best in the Red Team.

- Good job. - Thank you, Daddy.

And Dannie and her sister...

It is definitely the best dish in the Blue Team.

- Well done. - Thank you, chef.

Had the strongest showings.

This is very close.

- And it was. - Kristen and her dad Ken.

- Good job. - Thank you, chef.

That took it home for the Red Team.

Red Team, congratulations.

- Good job. - Thank you, Daddy.

At dinner service, black jackets were on the line.

The team that completes service first

will receive your black jackets.

No way!

I want that black jacket. Bring it on.

The Blue Team buckled under the pressure...

Salty as .

- Jared... - Who seasoned that?

- I did, chef. - Get it together!

- Manda... - And now I got burned fish.

- What's burned? - Okay, give me them there.

Just give me them. What's burned?

Seriously?

And Dannie...

For the 17th time, how long?

Chef, I care about what I'm providing.

I'm mad that they're not ready.

Each had major errors.

There's a customer suffering!

In the Red kitchen, a completely different story.

Keep pushing, girls. Keep pushing.

As near perfect performances from Kristen...

- Scallops. - Perfectly cooked.

- Yes, chef. - Ariel...

- Delicious, that risotto, yes? - Thank you, chef.

- And Ashley... - Ashley, nicely cooked.

- Yes, chef. - Earned the trio

the coveted black jackets.

Congratulations. Well done.

This is the most beautiful color I've ever seen.

Oh, my God. It's so crazy!

The Blue Team lost and nominated Dannie and Manda

- and it was... - Dannie.

Who said good-bye to her dream of becoming

head chef at BLT Steak at Bally's in Las Vegas.

Making Jared and Manda part of the elite

black jacket club.

- Congratulations. - All: Thank you, chef.

Get out of here.

Top five, bitches, who'd have thunk?

- Whoo! - Whoo! Black jackets!

Where's our champagne?

I will forever go down as one of the very few chefs

that have donned one of these black jackets.

- Hey, Jared, guess what? - What?

We got black jackets, bitch.

It hasn't hit me yet.

You have a black jacket!

I know. Oh, my God.

Ashley is my only support system.

Only person I trust.

- Congratulations. - Thank you.

It just feels so good to be experiencing this with her.

I made it.

There's no way I was letting you go home.

- No. - You're too good to me.

Ha ha ha!

This way?

I can't see!

Marino!

Uhh!

Ugh!

For their first challenge as black jackets

Chef Ramsay has arranged to meet the final five chefs

at a surprise location.

Shh.

Oh, my God, I smell kids.

Sorry.

- Good morning, chefs. - All: Morning, chef.

Today, all of you are gonna be cooking

for unique trendsetters.

Chefs, on the count of three,

remove your blindfolds.

One...

two...

and three!

Welcome to Animo Venice High School.

What a reception. Wow.

Well done.

Now, today all of you will be cooking

for these amazing students.

Now, let's go back to your years at high school.

To jog your memory a little bit,

- Amanda... - Oh, jeez.

Let's check what's under the letter A.

Wow.

You look exactly the same.

I love the hair.

Wow, let's see what's under

the letter V, Kristin.

- Oh, wow! - Cute!

I was in a pageant.

Pageant hair...

17. 17!

This is so embarrassing.

Wowzer.

Ariel, let's see what's under

- the letter H. - No, let's not.

Amazing. You haven't changed one little bit.

- No, chef. - Amazing.

Jared, let's see what's under the letter S.

Oh!

Holy cow.

I got these long flowing locks.

17-year-old me's not looking so shabby.

- Oh, man. - I miss that hair.

- Ashley. - Ashley, let's have a look.

Whoa!

- Oh, my God. - Oh, my God.

Where did Chef Ramsay get that God awful picture of me?

A cheerleader. Do you remember any cheers?

- No, I'm retired. - Ohh.

Look at the bow in her head. She's retired.

Get out of here, bro.

Right, this is your first individual challenge.

Each of these teenagers are going to taste

a delicious sample from each of you.

This group expect to be eating in 40 minutes.

Oh, .

Your 40 minutes starts now.

Let's go!

In today's high school lunch challenge,

each chef must create their own unique dish...

Behind you.

That can win over the taste buds

of 100 hungry teenagers.

Whoo-wee!

I have two siblings that are in high school right now,

so I thought about what they would like to eat.

Like, we like to be outside and we like to grill together

and they like steak.

Looks like... what's the rub?

Um, cumin seeds, some onion powder,

garlic powder, and a little bit of paprika.

I think kids in school, they like simple food

that's straightforward with good flavors.

Good. Well done. Organize.

Uh, mini chicken pot pie, yes?

- Chef. - That's ambitious.

Everybody loves chicken pot pie.

It's something that I ate when I was in high school,

but it's going to be tough.

I have to make the dough, I have to roast the chicken,

I have to make the sauce, I have to cut the dough.

Have you got time to get them cooked?

- Yes, I do. - Yeah?

Have faith in me, chef.

- Just under 30 minutes to go. - Yeah, chef.

I've never made this much ground beef.

. This is ridiculous.

I doubt myself a lot and I gotta stop.

I gotta knock it the off.

I'm the best chef here.

- What have you got? - I got my Taco Tuesday.

- That's delicious. - Thank you.

I got this. I'm good.

Just coming up to 11 minutes to go.

- Uh, Kristin. - Yes, chef.

Talk about the dish.

Doing a buttermilk fried chicken salad.

- Uh-huh. - Keep it light.

Good.

My high school experience sucked so bad.

I got kicked out of two high schools.

I ditched school all the time.

Kinda, I guess, the rebel.

Like, the bad girl.

And now I'm completely different.
